The service department staff are friendly, helpful, and non pressure during routine maintenance. The process is smooth with texts throughout, a comprehensive checklist sent right to your phone, and explanations of what to expect at your next visit. We have the first three visits covered under VW’s carefree maintenance program, but I can see continuing service at the dealership throughout the car’s lifespan. They’ve made a great impression and have built trust through informative visits and no surprise billing. We spoke with a salesman during our last oil change / 20k mile checkup to inquire about financing on a new Atlas and the experience was positive. We didn’t feel pressured into buying something we weren’t sure about or like we wasted either of each other’s time asking questions and getting the quote. Straightforward pricing and honest, knowledgeable staff is what you hope for when you go to a dealership, but Underriner Motors has actually delivered on that front and thus earned our business.

Friendly service person on the phone when I called in to have a tire pressure warning addressed; was seen that day. Issue addressed along with the recommendation that new tires were needed (mileage 64,840). Given a quote before I left and able to set up an appointment before I left.

About a month ago, I bought my Honda Odyssey from here. Three weeks in, we get a huge snow storm and several leaks in the rear seams allowed water damage to the tailgate control panel, frying the entire mechanism. Since I bought the vehicle “as is”, I fully expected a hefty bill. They kept my van, and put me in a loaner car for the week while they figured it all out. By Thursday afternoon, I got the call it was finished. Not only that, but they covered the cost of the entire bill! I want to give shout outs to Scott, Bonnie and Brandi. Bonnie, in the service department, was amazing, always making us feel welcome and supported. Brandi was the sales person I bought my car from. Even though the sale was over, she still attended to us and kept in the loop. And lastly, to Scott the manager, thank you for making this experience stress free. All of you took such good care of us. I cannot express enough gratitude. Highly recommended if you want a dealership that shows exemplary customer service and integrity.

Most staff were excellent, however process took over 4 hours, should have been much less time consuming ! After spending over $31,000, found window washer fluid was empty. I think service could have been a bit better. We’re enjoying the car, however a bit difficult to figure out all the buttons. Please help with processes with next customer.
