GMC of Billings

Roger Paul was an absolute blessing to deal with.  From start to finish he was wonderful, knowledgeable and I left the dealership with a wonderful used Toyota RAV4.  Everyone I interacted with throughout my buying process was so friendly, kind, and helpful.

Super good people there! Bought plenty of cars in my lifetime. This was one of the better experiences I’ve had doing that. It was late like we showed up at probably 6pm they close at 7pm. Out the door at 8:30pm brand new car! You guys did great!

Lisa was amazing! The transaction went super smooth. We are happy with our at4x Christmas purchase. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a new ride! Jordan

I recently went to Billings GMC to get services on a vehicle I bought new there two years ago. I had questions about what all needed done, as my car is very important and I drive a lot for work. As a woman I’ve sometimes felt treated differently when it comes to auto care. Not here, though. Cody Wilcox took care of my paperwork, and he answered my questions with understanding and made sure I was taken care of. He even found a deal for some extra things that I asked for. I had to leave my car there overnight, so he arranged for rides home and back and kept in touch with me about everything. Excellent customer service! I haven’t had any major problems with this vehicle, but I do try to keep up on maintenance and anytime I have questions, they make sure that I get the right information and go above and beyond.

Took my wife's 2026 yukon in for first oil change it has only 955 miles took three hours.there was a brake program recall update that was told needs to be done OK. There hours seems excessive there was no seat protection plastic used nor anything on floor when we got in it were was grease on driver door interior side not happy at all driver window down also now I get to clean all the dust. After spending almost $80000 sad will probably never be back. Talked to RAY AXTT march 25th about what happened with service department he informed me that situation has been corrected and he personally will take care of us on our next service appointment thank you for your quick response on my wife's yukon.we will try service department once again thank you Robert Loudan.
