Came in for an oil change last week and Scott (my service advisor) was great! He went over everything about my car while I was there. The wait was not that long, had some good refreshments in the lounge, and the staff was very friendly. Highly recommended!
I have to say honestly that every time I’ve gone to this dealership for oil changes, car repairs or recalls I have been treated fairly and pricing was fair. There’s never pressure to do any service that is recommended instead of required. Means a lot to feel like I can trust their service department. I appreciate that I’m able to choose the same technician and Scott is always very welcoming and professional!
My first visit. Greeted with a handshake, smile and my name. Even though I was only there to get a 2nd key programmed, I was shown a base service report on the health of my vehicle. I left feeling that not only was the initial issue address but that they went beyond with the service report and discussing it with me. Thumbs Up for this service center and their friendly and professional service personnel.
The service team got my vehicle in quickly and performed quality service. I definitely recommend Denny Menholt Nissan for you service needs.
The service department was great to work with – Dawson was courteous, friendly, and accommodating of my special requests for the work being done on my truck.I have a Nissan dealer much closer to me in Bozeman but prefer to drive to Billings for the far superior service.
