Denny Menholt Chevrolet

I went in a little over a month ago and was just "tire kicking" trucks. I was greeted by Trinity in the lot. She was friendly, low pressure and very knowledgeable about the trucks that had my interest. A few days later, I went back and it was Trinity's day off, and I talked with Jeremy in the lot. He was very respectful in regards to Trinity working with me first. He was also very knowledgeable about all the vehicles on the lot. A few days later, I go back in with 2 trucks in mind, but wasn't overly excited about either one. Trinity directed me to another I hadn't seen. We went for a test drive and she was a wealth of information to both the wife and I. When we got back, she made the paperwork a breeze. During this, I also had the privilege of working with Ayman through the final steps of the deal, and his service was amazing as well. Then came the painful part, I was taken to Jeremy in financing (not the same one from sales). Jeremy led me through the sea of paperwork and made it extremely quick, painless and a pleasure. I'm sure I interacted with more, but Trinity, Jeremy, Ayman and Jeremy were exceptional to deal with, and made the overall experience a pleasure.

I started the search for a new vehicle, my 4th with Denny Menholt, with Parker in January! Parker kept in contact with me as I searched and researched. When three of the vehicles I was interested in looking were sold before I could make it in, he had another "ready". There was no way this one would be sold, because it was just traded in! We looked at a few more and came back. The buying process was as easy as buying a car could be. Thanks Parker! I am really enjoying the new car AND better gas mileage!

I worked Noah, love his energy and humor. Very easy to work with. He was able to get me exactly what I was wanting in a vehicle and in my price range. Mind you I had him jumping through a few hoops and he did everything with a smile and an amazing attitude about it all. Best experience i have every had with buying a vehicle.
