Had an appointment at 11:00 a.m. today for our Gladiator for check up on a recall issue. Actually it went quite fast and the crew at the service department was awesome. A few days before we made our appointment with Austin and the check up work finished with Austin coming into the lobby and let us know all was done and it checked out fine. Praise God. We were a bit concerned due to nature of recall. Thank you for great service and a crew that is a pleasure to have them help us.

My name is Whitney Holbrook on May 15, 2026 I bought a 2018 jeep compass the first day I had issues with it I called upset that the vehicle was stalling in power saying the 4 wheel drive needed service and it needed an alignment and the climate control was malfunctioning only blowing heat and I returned it 2 days later on Monday may 18 they refused to give me a loaner and I had to pay 300$ to rent a car from the airport, a week later I called them to see they said my tie rod ends are seized and they wanted to replace the whole front end I returned my rental I go talk to a lady in management she helped me out with a temporary vehicle the sensor in the cruise was off center and I come in my car is finally ready I had to go check because I never got a call and couldn’t get through it’s June 13,2026 I picked up my car it was left on empty I dropped it off full now on empty I left the borrowed car on 3/4 tank just like I got it. My car’s odometer is flashing and won’t count miles they didn’t plug in the obo2 and I get it lots to do but don’t make promises you can’t keep this world is to ready to screw somebody I feel like somebody should be paying my first note just for the lack of respect being sold a car that isn’t even safe and I was asked for drinks by the sales man after my male friend left me there to go get my daughter from the salon I refused him I only wanted a reliable vehicle with a warranty

I my self will not buy anything else from Litha! Ever again reason why you call to talk to service when you have one in there getting warranty work done and can’t ever get a hold of anyone to find anything out it’s a little disheartening for the customer! Not to mention, they would not give me a loaner when my Pickup broke down. The vehicle has been in the shop five times at 43,000 miles by myself do not feel they want what’s best for the Customer not to mention the vehicle is a 2024 still under factory warranty on the engine and transmission and transfer case and they still will not give a loaner or give the customer the best deal so he can get out of the vehicle and get him in something reliable. I myself will not be going back ever.
