Let's just say we went in with the mind set of wanting to know how to remove the sticker off of the vehicle from where we were buying it from and long story short I couldn't be more proud to leave that sticker on! Matthew Bennion, thank you for being so welcoming and taking the time to show me my dream vehicle! when I first came in.. I didn't feel pressured or hurried in anyway shape or form. Your customer service was wonderful! Brenton.. wow! We agreed to an awesome interest rate and moments later we get a call back with ..you knew you could do even better! Who does that?!?! Only someone who truly has the best interest of the customer.. we ended up getting an even lower interest rate with the work that he put in. Let's just say my husband couldn't have been happier! After not only a super smooth transaction and enjoyable experience that we had i dont think we could ever think about going to another dealership.. and let me say we have boughten cars from many others... if we had only known sooner... While on a major vacation 2000 miles from home we had a problem. Robert went above and beyond to help us, coordinating with us to get our Expedition fixed as quickly as possible, and was amazingly easy to get along with while he did it. I’ve worked with (gave money to) several dealerships, often with good results, sometimes not so good. To be so far from home with my entire family, and to be taken care of so well was a true lifesaver. My wife and I have been discussing how crazy it would be to fly from Tennessee to Montana to buy a car. After my experience with this dealership, I wouldn’t rule it out. Thank you Robert, and all the other folks who helped us so graciously. I had a true five star experience with Archie Cochrane Ford of Billings!

Everyone was amazing. Tanner was super helpful and explained how to use the screen in the trucks, financial side was amazing as well. We didn’t feel like customers, we felt like we were just talking to friends. We will 100% come back!

The dealership sent a mobile unit to repair my recall of the back lift. Logan called me and arrived ahead of time and I didn't have to wait in the heat. Within 15 minutes the work was done. Great service. Logan was polite and friendly. I was on my way home quickly.

Joe S was our salesman, great guy, did tremendous work. The gal who did the final paper work was great as well, once we got there it was super quick, no pressure sales, overall pleasant experience. Never being to the car lot we show up 30 mins after opening and approached what they call the “tower”, stood right in front of 2 team members on their computer and never once got an acknowledged. It wasn’t till Joe S came by and said something did anyone bother to look at us. Then after the deal is done, you’re cornered on your way out the door, by someone else assuring that they receive a 5 star review. Kinda backwards securing a positive review after the experience was over. It took about 2 hours to get the deal done, all of while drinks and snacks etc… traditionally offered at a dealer didn’t seem available. Also didn’t receive any free trials of xm radio or offers of such. Usually comes standard with a purchase. Dealership overall felt very outdated. I am leaving a 4 star review strictly due to the hard work of our sales rep Joe S. If it wasn’t for him we would be much lower. The rest of the team can do better. Thank you Joe for your service and for leading by example!
