Rimrock Pre-Owned

We had car problems with our Subaru Forester while traveling on vacation. We were about 90 miles from Billings and called the service department and spoke with Kyle. I told him that our car was drivable, but had some front end vibration when turning. He booked us an an appointment for 1:00 and checked us right in when we got there. They found the problem, fixed it and we were back on the road by 4 :30. They even washed our car before turning it back over to us ! Fantastic service by Kyle, the mechanics, and the whole organization. Thanks a million Roger Barnhill

My husband and I purchased a 4 Runner. The suv of my dreams! Matt Eagan was a positive and friendly salesman! Thank you Matt!

Matthew Eagen was our sales specialist. He was wonderful to work with. He was very knowledgeable about the car and if he didn't know an answer he didn't hesitate to ask another associate for information. He made the whole process effortless. I would not hesitate to recommend him to friends.

HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND! I happen to come across a facebook add stating that they will pay off your trade no matter how much you owe on it. I was very interested, I live in a different state so I was dealing with a salesman over the phone, I told him what I was interested in and he treated me like I was dumb and I didn't realize how expensive a diesel truck would cost to upkeep and maintain a diesel, I ended up looking past that because I was interested in not being upside down on my current vehicle, so I decided to continue on, I sent over what was needed EXCEPT for the paystubs, because i wanted to make sure that we could even make a deal before we went any further into the process. I receive a voice audio saying "need a little customer participation from you here, im working harder then you are". How unprofessional right? I let him now that he lostmy respect and business and he didn't care.

We attempted to collect on an advertisement we received in the mail. Not only were any of the promises fulfilled, but the lady who spoke to me was straight up evil. I hope she wasn’t a sales person. I suggest she wash cars there- not sell them. This dealer would be the very last place I look for my next vehicle. If they break promises on small promotions- how can I trust them with a $50k purchase. Please keep looking- don’t waste your time.
