Got a quote for my red Chevy Silverado 2006 for $2000. I sold it in less than one month on Facebook marketplace for $14,000 a $12,000 difference wow I am sure glad that I sold it on Facebook marketplace versus let them come pick it up for $2000 lol ha ha ha ha ha.
Do carvana approved me then canceled my deal. Resold the vehicle to someone else and then proceeded to take out money from my account after they sold the vehicle to someone else. Are refusing to refund my money now. Said they have to look into it. They have stolen my money, I will be contacting the attorney generals office and the better business bureau.
Carvana does NOT exist in Columbia Mo. Went to the address posted on their Google, it's a City Municipal bldg. Told the city employer (desk attendant) at this location, they have their work cut out to dissolve this scam. Up next- reporting it to media and to the actual city.
Carvana has been terrible to work with. They are trying to leverage technology to reduce car buying friction but are failing miserably. I have been trying to buy a car for two weeks and then continuously call for more documentation, I send more and then want more, not willing to do anything on their own that is not part of there process. I would never use them again and I suggest you don't either!
It's like a "grab bag" - you don't know what issues the car has - it can look nice on exterior but it can have severe issues - transmission, faulty fuel pump, etc. so Good luck buying with a blindfold on and not investing in a better car dealership
