My son purchased his first car from Ashland Auto Sales and it was a great experience! They are NOT in Ashland, but well worth the drive to Columbia. Probably one of best car buying experiences I've ever had. They were friendly and organized. Great customer service. Great hours to work around. Called them in the morning to tell them we were buying the car. Upon arrival had the car state inspected, detailed and ready to go. We were in and out under 30 mins.

Ashland Auto Sales in Columbia, MO makes buying a preowned vehicle painless and easy. The staff are very nice and genuine. I felt no pressure. In fact, they stayed open a little longer than usual to allow me to go home for my checkbook. They even let me use the car I hadn't purchased yet to go back to my house. I bought a clean, well-maintained 2012 Nissan Versa. For a 14 year-old car, I've found it to be quite reliable. The price was fair. I returned it to the Ashland Auto a few days after I bought it to get the inspection completed. The technician wanted to keep it for a couple hours to replace a bushing on the suspension. I needed to get back to work, so they gave me a ride to work and picked me up at 5 (in my car) when I got off. I drove him back to the dealership. I really think this place is a great place to look for a car. I trust them, and I appreciate their high level of service.

Stopped in here to look for a car for my daughter. Excellent service. The staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. Prices are reasonable and very willing to negotiate. We ended up purchasing from them and feel like we got a fair deal.

I got the 2010 Toyota Corolla S.. they have very good cars, I love how they have 4 mechanics and a shop so they properly perform maintenance on their vehicles. The car was a bit pricey for the value, but I understand that they put a bunch of money into their vehicles so it's understandable. They're easy to work with. Mel was a cool guy. I wanted a reliable vehicle. And that is what I got.
