I've been working with Aaron for years now. Every time i needed a vehicle he's always been there to help me out. NOW with that being said... a lot of people complain about the vehicles they have. I would be lying if i said every single vehicle I've gotten from them has been perfect but I know what I'm getting into when i purchase a used vehicle. Devin - the new manager - is the sweetest person ever!! A completely different vibe from the previous person. I love his energy and the fact that he is actually honest and not chasing a dollar. Do I agree with some of the reviews? Yep. But again, when you buy a used vehicle you never know what your walking into. Esp if there are rumors about how "terrible" a business is. Why go to them if you know what your walking into? Meh.

Do not buy from these people. One star is too great My son brought a car for Marcy motors weeks later there was water in the oil they had done something to the motor to prevent it from showing. Or my son did not check the oil I don't know his fault if that's true but I went in there to make his payment and there was a lady in there arguing because her transmission had went out already when she bought the car the day before Marcy was not honoring that I do not know what the outcome was but I feel that lady's pain now because we paid over $8,000 for this car and sold it for a hundred to a junkyard driving it less than 3 months

WARNING!!! I'm only giving one star because I can't make a review with no stars. Please please please DO NOT get a vehicle from this place. I wish we would have done better research before going here for my daughter... This is the worst used car lot I've ever seen in my life. The car she got didn't even make it out of the parking lot before it broke down. They would NOT refund our down payment of $2500 so they fixed the car and drove it to us the next day. My daughter has spent a ridiculous amount of money fixing more things wrong with this car to keep it running so she can get back and forth to work. Then this company lost my daughter's August payment, which she has all proof of paying, and they repoed the car! No warning or anything about a repossession! And according to Missouri State law, they HAVE to send a letter and the customer has 20 days to resolve the issue. If this company is going to deal cars, they need a refresh on state laws before they end up in a lawsuit. Which, by looking at every review, everywhere, that's where they are headed.. they lost my daughter's payment and repoed her vehicle then is trying to charge a ridiculous amount for the repo!! And just so happens the lady that she always made her payments with doesn't work there anymore.. please, save yourself the headache and keep yourself from being scammed by these people. Stay away from this place!!

Save your time money and energy. My car literally has household hardware on it. Next day car overheating. Returned to have them fix it. It was a very temporary fix. Before my first payment I’ve invested 500 to keep it running. Sad part is it’s still not fixed. Long story short I should have just kept using Uber.
