Do not absolutely do not do business with this company. The lady that answers the phone needs to be fired she is extremely rude. Stay away from this company at out all costs. Honestly because of her they should just go out of business. Turning good business away.

I gave one star because less isn't an option. The feeling you get when you get off the phone with the "lady" running the office is accurate. Quite possibly the rudest business owner I've ever come across. I was stuck, the only place I could find the part to get my kids car running so he could net back to South Dakota after the holiday. She was equally rude when you get there. You can't go inside, instead you yell across the room to her thru an open window on the side of the building. I got the part, had serious reservations about it but paid my money as she dropped it on the porch and slammed the door. Got home and it wasn't even close to the right thing. The only thing positive I can say is she did refund the money but only because I had sent a text with exactly what I needed to prove she was wrong. Go somewhere, anywhere else.

This place has no restroom, it was 90 degrees and I came with my son. They have no vending machines, no water, bad location if you have to leave your car for whatever reason and walk to nearest gas station... I had to stand at the counter for a while as two staff continued their convo, they looked mad that I needed assistance.

purchased a transmission , received the incorrect transmission as pictures clearly show. A- 1 refused to supply a return tag. do not waste your $$. overcharged initial shipping by over $100.00 and would not refund the actual shipping difference . this company must enjoy ripping off customers. there are many junk yards, do yourself a favor and visit other yards,

Those five star reviews have to be fake. I just got off the phone with them. They wanted $95 for a alternator adjustment bracket. They said that was their minimum charge because this is the US. One of the worst companies I have ever interacted with and that saying something.
