Aaron Baker made purchasing my first ev EASY. He is calm, personable, knowledgeable and very helpful. I was extremely anxious and stressed but within minutes he was answering all my questions and showing me the capabilities of the vehicle. I had a question within a couple of hours of purchasing a new car. It required I go back to the dealership for the solution. I was there and out of there in less than 5 minutes. Every step of the shopping for the car to the final paperwork was very prompt, efficient friendly.

Fantastic experience with Andres from start to finish. I reached out on a Friday evening, not too long before closing to ask about locating a vehicle from another dealership, and he was incredibly responsive—quickly speaking with his manager and following up with options and pricing. I really appreciated that he was not pushy at all about purchasing a vehicle already on their lot. When we arrived Saturday, he was assisting another customer, but the team made sure we were taken care of right away with a test drive and a comfortable place to wait. The entire process was smooth, and he communicated clearly throughout, making sure we understood every step. Even though the vehicle arrived right at closing time on Saturday, he and the detail staff stayed late to ensure it was fully cleaned, detailed, and fueled before we left. We didn’t leave until about an hour after closing, and they were still very courteous and apologetic for the timing. Overall, an excellent experience with outstanding customer service. I would highly recommend working with him.

Worked out the details over phone and email. Traveled from St. Peters, MO (100 mi) to pick up the vehicle. Communication from Tim was terrific throughout and he made us feel comfortable that there wouldn’t be any surprises once we arrived. Tim handled the sale professionally and was personable. Happy with our purchase and experience.
