We got into town a little late Friday evening and decided to stop by the Toyota dealership to look for a vehicle for my girlfriend. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by Robbie, who asked if we needed any help. We told him we were looking for a salesperson, and he immediately introduced himself and got to work. Robbie let my girlfriend take the vehicle home for an overnight test drive so she could really see how she liked it. We came back Saturday, and he made the entire buying process incredibly easy. During negotiations, Robbie never simply said “no” to any of our requests. Instead, he always took the time to see what he could do to make it happen. You could tell he genuinely wanted to help us get the best deal possible. The manager was great, and the entire staff was friendly, welcoming, and congratulated us on our purchase. Overall, the process was quick, stress free, and enjoyable. I highly recommend this dealership, and if you’re in the market for a vehicle, I highly recommend asking for Robbie. He provided outstanding customer service from start to finish.

So good I bought two! I went in to order a RAV4 for the wife and they showed me a new Sequoia, then let me take it home for the weekend on an extended test drive! Josh D. made the whole process very smooth and was a genuinely decent dude. They gave me what I wanted on both trades and the whole process was non-adversarial (totally not the norm at other places). The new manager apparently likes to sell cars, and it shows. Go now if you want a new Toyota!

Fast and efficient car buying process, very good atmosphere and overall experience. I bought a 2020 explorer. They were willing to hold the car while I traveled 3.5 hours one way to purchase without a deposit. EVERYONE was in a genuinely good mood and you could tell they enjoyed what they do. Shout out to Mike S for being thorough and prompt with all questions and concerns. Changing this review drastically after learning the hidden truth. They sold me a fake powertrain warranty for 3k. The vehicle was a ford buyback which asset protection company does not cover. When I called to inquire why, the finance guy was very uneducated and “didn’t know” what an illusionary contract was. They wanted to have me trade the car in and sell me a new one to help bump their numbers which I definitely wasn’t going to allow. When I submitted the form for cancellation of service contract on 7-26 they never sent it to the warranty company. This was confirmed on 8-5-26. This dealership is extremely scammy and takes extreme advantage over their customers. They also will NOT send you copies of any forms you signed during the buying process. Can’t wait to let my legal team have their way with this place.
