Randy is straight forward. I bought a 97 explorer for $1700. It lasted until 2020 only because my friend smashed it. Went back in 2020. Bought an 02 volvo for $3000. Haven't had a problem since.. If give you give Randy a bad review it's honestly your own fault for not paying attention. That goes for all car dealers people. Dont single him out because you dont pay attention. If you are so concerned then buy new! The next car I will purchase from him hands down

I was a single mother with a child and needed a reliable vehicle. Randy worked with me and my car ran perfectly fine for years. I crashed that car and needed a new one i bought a second vehicle from him , got home and had a problem with the cars sensor. I contacted him and it was fixed immediately. Im going back on the 27th buy my third.

Bought a turbo subaru at a great price that i couldnt pass up from Randy and he was honest, professional and pretty straight forward. Buying a used car from anywhere or anyone will sure to have some kind of problems eventually. Im pretty mechanically inclined myself so although the car did have some issues, it had happen after i had bought it and they were simple fixes and the car drives like a charm.

Read the reviews After making a purchase. The reviews are very extreme to either side. Needed a cheap vehicle, after explaining my situation to Randy we came to a very reasonable agreement on price of a vehicle I went there to look at. Getting what I paid for in my opinion. He seemed like a decent family man in my opinion. Would most likely look to his available options if I needed another cheap vehicle in the future. Didn't seem to be hiding anything iny opinion.

Randy is a trip...the lies that continued to spew from his unmasked face while sitting less than three feet away from me was unfathomable. It was one after another, the amount of times the numbers changed throughout the 5 minute interaction I unfortunately had to endure of this toxic masculinity was insane. He brazenly attempted to detier my focus with arbitrary comments like "see the hearts, that means it's good" when regarding the CarFax...no it doesn't Randy, it indicates that people had a good experience getting their car serviced there. Then the comment of "this is a beautiful car, never been in an accident!" With literally the carfax directly infront of me indicating the vehicle has been in an accident in December of 2013. Any form of discussion regarding business was met with aggression and cursing, I truly felt scared. My kindness and basic common courtesy was met with hostility and threats of john doe buying the car I was looking at if I wanted to go and get it checked first. His condescending remarks of my concerns of safety were met with, and I quote, "if you want safety, buy new" knowing, as a full-time student that was not a choice. Fortunately for me, I do have an amazing partner who went ahead and gave me his vehicle and purchased a 2021 toyota which, you're right Randy, a new car is safe! Thanks for leading us into the hands of a well mannered sales rep. I look forward to continuing our families business with Toyota! And as for you Randy, when it comes to lying, less details is better,. Also, Karma is real. Know that.
