Euro Werks Car Dealer of St Paul

This place is like breath of fresh air in the midst of all the scammer mechanics out there. They saved me thousands of dollars on a transmission repair I was initially quoted much higher for. They were totally professional, amazing at communicating with me throughout the process, and did a first-rate job. Car’s running like new. Plus it’s in an interesting part of town, where you can literally drop off/pick up your vehicle and take a beautifully scenic walk right along the Mississippi directly across the street.

My wife and I have been impressed with the great customer service of Josh and his staff. We have been very happy with our Ram Promaster 2500. It’s a super clean vehicle and runs great! Josh went the extra mile to take care of us - especially because of our 50th Wedding anniversary and the treat we received from the legendary Cafe Latte!!

I worked with Josh when purchasing my car, he went above and beyond! I’m young and trying to build my credit, he pointed in me the direction of a great bank that accepted me right away. It was a very smooth process and he has been helpful aswell after my purchase, will have going to him for all future maintenance!

I'm not the kind of person to leave negative reviews. This is probably the first one I've ever left. I bought an adorable little Mini Cooper from Euro Werks, and it's proven to be a really good car so it kinda sucks that I have to leave a bad review. But these people were completely inattentive to an amazing degree. First it was the license plates, which apparently they just forgot to apply for. When the dealer plates were on the verge of expiring, I called them and they gave me some silly excuse, but they did get me the plates, so no harm no foul. But then, the title didn't come. Again they gave me some silly excuse, but the title still didn't come. The next time I called, they couldn't even be bothered to return my call. Luckily I learned that the dealers' services division of the Minnesota DVS is very responsive. A couple more calls to Euro Werks that were never returned, and the dealers services had me fill out an affidavit to reconstruct the title. I filled out all the paperwork and went down to the DMV to start the reconstruction processes, and the lady at the DMV was somewhat surprised to notice that the title had been printed two days before and was in the mail. If Euro Werks had simply returned my phone call, I could have avoided a bunch of paperwork, pictures of my car, and two hours at the DMV. But, they couldn't be bothered. I did eventually get the title, _six months_ after I bought the car. Like I said, the car is great and I really enjoy it, so it's a shame that these people were so incompetent and unresponsive.

Would give zero stars. Buyer beware!! Complete waste of money!!! Have had nothing but issues with our purchase. Would suggest having a mechanic give a thorough check on any vehicle you may be looking to purchase from this dealer. Update after Eurowerks' response to my review.... After speaking with Josh [last year], I did, in fact, have the car towed to Eurowerks after it stalled on HWY 36 so it can get looked into. Eurowerks had the car for approximately a month and couldn't find any issues; still have the text message from their mechanic Bruno. In the end, the car had to be towed back home to me. The car was garaged until this october when I was able to afford another tow to a mini dealer 45 minutes from my home. It's been a complete headache, time, and money suck.
