We just purchased a 2027 Kia Telluride Hybrid X-Line SX from Tom Kadlec and it was a smooth experience for us. Jamie was super helpful getting us exactly what we wanted and was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and straight forward. We were from out of state so he was able to answer all of our questions and get everything lined up so just had to show up and pick up the car. He even was nice enough to send us back some things we forgot in our trade in vehicle. We also worked with Dara in the financing department, who walked us through everything step by step and was straight forward and didn’t try to upsell us on any of the additional items that they offer. Overall I would definitely get another car from them and will recommend them to people I know who are looking for a car.

Josh Odegard provides some of the best customer service I’ve experienced when buying a vehicle. Unfortunately, I’ve had to purchase three vehicles over the past year—none of them were planned. First, I bought a Ford Edge. Then I leased a Kia, which was later totaled. When I needed another vehicle, I reached back out to Josh, and from the very first interaction, he was just as understanding, patient, and never once made me feel pressured. His priority is making sure you find the vehicle that’s right for you, and he truly puts the customer first. This most recent purchase wasn’t planned either. I went back and forth to the dealership three different times and test drove several vehicles because I wasn’t sure what I wanted. Josh never rushed me or pushed me toward a decision. Once I found the Jeep I wanted, it needed some deep cleaning on the seats and throughout the interior. Josh had it in the shop on Monday to be professionally detailed, and it was ready for me to pick up the very next day. The finance team deserves recognition as well. They made the entire process quick, easy, and seamless. I was in and out in about 45 minutes, and everything was explained clearly. I will absolutely recommend Josh and the entire team to anyone I know who is looking for a vehicle. They’ve earned my trust and my business, and when it’s time for my next vehicle, I’ll definitely be back.

Hi Im Jonathan Garcia and I bought a 2021 toyota Rav4 about a month ago now and I love it! Whilst I was making decisions to buy the vehicle, the staff were super helpful, kind and friendly with plenty more. As a first time buyer i would definitely return! Our Sales rep was Ali, he went above and beyond to make sure our questions were answered. He explained everything through the buying process and helped us out alot with our test drive. Dara our finance Rep was also amazing. He explained things clearly through the paperwork process and since leaving with our new vehicle has made himself available for any and all questions. The staff here truly care about you being happy with your investment. They put their investments in their customers and the customer service quality shows that.
