I can’t say enough wonderful things about Tom Kadlec Honda in Rochester, Minnesota. Even though I don’t currently drive a Honda, I’ve brought my vehicle there twice within the last year—and both experiences were absolutely exceptional. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with genuine kindness, patience, and compassion. The team is personable, understanding, and truly focused on customer care. The quality of work they performed on my car was outstanding. It’s rare to find a service department that treats you like family even when you’re not driving their brand—but that’s exactly what they do. A special thank you to Waylan and Britney for their outstanding service. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly and professionally. Their communication and attention to detail made the entire experience stress-free. Last year, even the shuttle driver was amazing—friendly, professional, and accommodating. This time around, the loaner car I received was beautiful, clean, and incredibly reliable. Every touchpoint of my experience reflected excellence. Honestly, the level of service alone makes me seriously consider buying a Honda in the future. When a dealership treats you this well before you even own one of their vehicles, that says everything. We’ve been taking our Honda Pilot to Tom Kadlec Honda ever since we bought it brand new from them 10 years ago, and we honestly couldn’t be happier with the service we’ve received. Every bit of maintenance over the years has been handled professionally, honestly, and with great attention to detail. A special thank you to Blake, who was our service advisor for years and is now the service manager. He always took great care of us. We’ve recently been working with Waylon as well, and he’s been just as friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. It’s great to know we’re still in such good hands. It’s hard to find a dealership you can trust for a decade, but Tom Kadlec Honda has absolutely earned our loyalty.

This is the only place I will ever consider buying a car. Everyone there is great, but these two are the absolute best. Areia Grafton is the best salesperson I have ever worked with, when you buy a car from her she really cares. She always asks us about our family, and always makes us feel welcome. She is honestly the kindest salesperson I have ever met. Derek Meltzer is the most trustworthy finance manager I have ever worked with, he doesn’t pressure you into buying things you don’t need. He suggests products that he has personally used, and explains exactly why it benefits you. Derek has recommended getting tire and wheel coverage for each of the vehicles I have purchased there. I have used it multiple times, and it has saved me literally thousands of dollars. Also, If you live close enough to get your vehicle serviced there Dylan Hendricks, Waylan Wright, and Brad Dahl stand out as the best service advisors in a crowd of great service advisors. I would trust anything that any of them recommended about the health of any of my vehicles.

I can't say enough good things about Tom Kadlec Honda! Kevin Decaluwe was so helpful and so gracious to work with our schedule so we were able to get a new vehicle quickly when my old one died unexpectedly. My job relies on me having a mode of transportation and finding one quickly was very important. He was very thorough in explaining all of the things and made everything easy to understand! I can't recommend him and Tom Kadlec enough!

Areia was the sales rep I worked with. She was very kind a knowledgeable throughout the entire process. She asked all the right questions to understand what I really wanted in a vehicle. I never once felt pressured. Overall a great experience. I highly recommend Tom Kadlec, and Areia!
