My husband and I had a wonderful experience at this dealership and got a great van for a great price! They were very easy to work with and made it a seamless buy. We have had the van for a couple weeks now and I love it! My dad is a mechanic and checked the van out and it had no issues other than the struts are going out which is common in this type of vehicle. The van was not super clean on the inside but with the amount of vehicles they have there its understandable. It has its dings and scratches but thats to be expected from a used car. Overall, wonderful experience!

They hooked me up with a 2021 trailboss black in color for a very great price. They were able to come in on Thanksgiving day to do the paper work. Thank you very much! Will do future purchase without hesitation.

Shady dealer! I called because I'm interested in a car and I asked about getting my own 3rd party pre-purchase inspection done. They told me no, they have their own mechanic that does inspections. I went back and forth with them and they finally said I was only allowed within a 10 minute radius of their dealer and only on the North side. They would not let me go anywhere near the south side. They ask about payment before the test drive and don't allow the test drive without proof of funds. I talked to 2 other salesmen at the shop at different times and both refused to let me get a private inspection. I called 2 other trusted competitors and asked about them. They told me they buy anything and everything from auction, in ANY CONDITION! they do very little quality inspections before they sell them. Star Auto Sales reached out to a local mechanic to have them do shady work, which the trusted mechanic declined to work or partner with them at all. Multiple trusted professionals warned me about buying from these. I WARN YOU! Ratings, professionalism, quality of work and inspections are as low as they go!

i would not recommend this place. the owner has such a nasty attitude which made me not want to look or purchase a car after. it is not hard to be nice to your customers and people in general. i felt very disrespected and dismissed. the test drive only if purchasing rule they have is also such a red flag. you'll also see some of their cars that they are selling have flat tires too. you are better off at another dealership who will be a decent person at least and treat you with respect.

I would NOT recommend this dealership. They are inconsiderate and will scam you out of your money! My mom came here to buy a car and when she asked for help she was told to make a choice and be ready. When asking about certain defects or models she kept being told that everything worked. After some peer pressure my mom made a choice and of course a month later the car started having issues. We took it back and they said they couldn’t do anything about except take it in as a “trade in”. Again she asks for a car that’s more reliable and actually works and was met with “look at them and make a choice”. Very rude and they do not care about their customers. We also had a Prius that was having issues and they lowballed my mom even tho they had the value of the car in front of them. All in all they only care about making a sale, and they won’t care about giving you a good car or being fair. I understand running a business but they WILL take advantage of their customers.
