I waited a month after purchasing to leave this review, just to ensure the car I got was everything it was chalked up to be… and it is AWESOME!! They have a diverse selection of vehicles, gave me unbiased opinions that made sense for my families needs, they deep clean ALL the vehicles, and my favorite part was the reliable communication!! They kept in touch with updates and responded fast. THANKS MS Motors!!

Very pleased after doing business with them today, May 20, 2023. Kind and courteous and friendly; easy to talk to and quite comfortable. Gave me a fair deal on trade in price and explained everything that I needed to sign as each paper was presented to me. Plus very impressed by the guys in the shop detailing the cars. Very thorough job. And the nice final touch was a full tank of gas on the vehicle I purchased. Highly recommend you give this place a look see. A hidden little gem of a business in Rochester, MN. Do not buy a vehicle from here. BIG MISTAKE. They must have cleared the codes and a day after I purchased it (with a warranty) the check engine light comes on. I took it to a shop for a diagnostic and 15!! codes came up. All of this work is DOUBLE what I paid for the vehicle. The best part is, the damn warranty does not cover ANY of the repairs that need to be done. I should have brought a code reader and waited, but I was desperate for a van I could get my wheelchair into and I could get my young kids around in. Lesson learned from me. Karma will get you Ms Motors and Nano!

I was hesitant about buying from such a small, one-horse dealer, but I took a chance. He sold me the car and did not want to negotiate, claiming I was getting a great car and would not have any problems. Wrong. The brake pedal went all the way to the floor, with a lot of "travel time." I discovered this the day after we bought it. I called him about it and he said to bring it in so his mechanic could look at it. His mechanic bled the brakes and said it worked fine now, but it didn't. Turns out there's a recall on a hydraulic control unit. All he had to do was a little research and, at the very least, have it professionally checked before putting it on his lot for sale. For anyone reading this, it's a 2010 Ford Fusion. If you choose to ignore the bad reviews as I did, I would definitely have your vehicle checked by a certified mechanic before purchasing from him.

My fiancé and I purchased a car from this location less than 45 days ago. He left a 5 star review immediately following because the salespeople are kind... but our car purchased here has died already. We are so lucky that it occurred at a time and place that no one was injured, but it was definitely gross negligence on behalf of this car dealership. Unsafe vehicles are dangerous to your customers and the public. Please be better.
