Just picked up this 2014 from Hussan he was upfront about all the issues with the car including the salvaged title. Great communication, answered all my question I had and provided the car fax. I’d say it was a great experience and did buy from these guys again.

When I first contacted Hussein about the SUV I wanted he responded in a timely manner. I unfortunately was ill prepared for that SUV I initially wanted but Hussein helped me find another one and a newer year too. Great price! And best part… They gave me a floor mat. They’ve jus definitely made me a repeat customer.

They were very helpful and kind helping me find my first car. They took their time to explain the process and answered all my questions easily. If I ever need to buy another car I will definitely come back here again!

Safaa and his team were amazing! We looked at Chrysler 200s that wasn't for sale yet and he got it detailed, new tires and paperwork filed and out the door within 24hrs! Recommend buying from R.A.M.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE I wish I could give this place ZERO STARS. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE! My aunt bought a car almost 3 weeks ago, and it started on fire in the middle of the highway! My children & I had to get out the car and run! Two 6 year olds & I! On a BUSY HIGHWAY! Rochester auto mall said they would help then said they “never said that” & to “figure it out”! THEY TOLD US NOTHING WAS WRONG WITH THE CAR! This could have been fatal, this is just absolutely ridiculous of them. PLEASE don’t buy from them!! They are horrible people REPLYING TO OWNER : the day of the incident we called you and you said to bring the car to your dealership so your mechanic can look at it and see what the cause of the fire is. You said you would put my aunt in to a “special car” & you would “make it right”. The incident happened on a Saturday, so We got the police report on Monday! We called to tell you that we were getting the car that WEDNESDAY, towed to your dealship and you flat out said NO and asked why would we bring it. You then refused to even look at the car, you went back on EVERYTHING that you said. We had to pay $1100 to get the car towed to a mechanic so THEY could tell us what the cause of fire was. They said it was the ENGINE THAT BLEW UP AND IS $9,000 TO REPAIR. We could have DIED from explosion or possibly RAN OVER while running on a BUSY HIGHWAY.
