I cannot state how awesome an experience this was. The thought of buying a used car can fill you with dread. But Dave Sylvester was completely honest with us, gave us great insight about the cars, and let us do our own thing. Within a couple of hours, we had a new used car, and could not be happier. He was prompt in answering all my questions, extremely friendly, and made the entire process easy and stress-free. Jordan's knowledge about the truck was impressive, and he never pressured me into making a quick decision. I would definitely buy from him again without hesitation. Tom Richard, the finance guy at Rochester Motor Cars, was also great to work with. He made the paperwork quick and easy and took the time to explain all the warranty options available for the truck. Tom ensured that I was well-informed about what each warranty covered, which gave me peace of mind. Overall, my experience at Rochester Motor Cars was excellent. Jordan and Tom provided exceptional service, and I highly recommend them.

We drove here all the way from north of the cities because they had a vehicle that we liked. Aaron, the sales rep who helped us, was great. Had a good interaction with him during the sale. He was honest and transparent, he told me right away that he didn’t know the answer to some of the questions but said he would find the answers for me rather than making it up like the sales people we’ve worked with. I only put a 4 star because of our interaction with the finance manager, Josh. He was a nice guy but was overly aggressive on selling their protection plan. He made my wife feel uncomfortable because of how aggressive he was when selling it. But besides from that, everything else went great. I would still recommend this dealership and working with Aaron and Josh.
