Rochester Ford

Bought a used F150 here and had a great experience! Emily was the salesperson that worked with me, she was very straight forward, honest and her F150 knowledge was top notch, as was her knowledge on this specific truck that i purchased. Every question I had she was able to answer immediately. I haven't always had that experience with other sales people at other dealerships. Tom did the finance side for me and kept everything running quick and smooth. The truck runs great and All around excellent experience at Rochester Ford, I will definitely do business here again in the future .

Emily and Josh stayed late to help me out when I was in need. I was in an accident prior to buying my new 2025 bronco, so I needed a vehicle as soon as possible. They were the only ones that had a bronco with a manual transmission. On top of that I am a very busy person who works a lot, we didn't leave the dealership until about 945pm, they went above and beyond to help me out. They even processed all the paperwork before I got there to save time! Great people at the Rochester Ford dealership!

Overall sale was smooth. I value my time and told them I need to be out of the dealership in 30 minutes for all paperwork. They pulled through on my request something Rochester Toyota needs to take a 101 class on as that place is a dumpster fire. Justin did a nice job through the transaction.

Brody was an awesome sales rep. I liked his low pressure approach and his honesty. Unknowingly, he made an error in added extras and went out of his way to accept responsibility and do what he could to rectify it. Very honest!! He stayed with the purchase process throughout and helped in every way He also was patient with my lack of tech savvy and went over things at a pace I was comfortable with and didn't rush me . He made sure I was comfortable with the information before moving on. Overall, he made the buying process enjoyable.

⭐☆☆☆☆ I had a very frustrating experience at Decorah Ford. When I brought my vehicle in, they put a slit in my steering wheel and still charged me a diagnostic fee for an issue that is under warranty. At first, I was told the repair could be done in three days, but when I called to verify, I was told it would actually take weeks. I’m out of town on vacation with two small children and needed accurate information and proper service. Instead, the service manager was rude, and I haven’t been able to get in touch with the general manager. They also refused to reimburse the diagnostic fee even though they can’t complete the repair in a reasonable time. This dealership seriously lacks accountability, communication, and customer care. I would not recommend taking your vehicle here.
