Today we bought our new family Chrysler Pacifica with Tom. It was a blessing to walk into his cubicle. He gave us the facts straight and did everything he could to give us a great price and a fair deal. They gave us a better interest rate than our credit union. The whole experience was very pleasant and actually pretty fun! I'm very grateful we decided to check them out and it was so exciting to go home with exactly what we needed and a better price and payment then we anticipated!

Whatever you do never trade in a car you still have a loan on here. They will give you crumbs for it and sell it for gold. I would stay far away from here. They like to take advantage of people. They do not do adequate vehicle checks. I got sold a suburban that needed a new transmission. After no longer having the car they called us 8 months later letting us know they got the transmission in. I don't even think that was legal for them to sell a car that needed a new transmission! But anything for them to make some $$$ right? Do not get a car from Kuehn! They do not care at all about you just your pocket.

Kuehn motors is the 8th different used car dealer that we’ve purchased a vehicle from. Of our various experiences with used car dealers, our experience with Kuehns has been by far the worst. It is obvious they did not thoroughly inspect the Tahoe prior to selling it. The transmission went out 3 days/200 miles after we purchased it. We took it back to Kuehns to be repaired. It took Kuehns' 6 weeks for them to get the vehicle back to us!! A couple of times when I called to check in on the repair progress, the people answering the phone clearly had no idea what I was talking about. Now, a couple months later, we had more transmission issues and had to call a tow truck to pick us up. The specific issue was a broke transmission linkage bushing. Why couldn’t the service team inspect and replace this $5.40 part with the first transmission repair? On top of that, they up-charged us for the tow, because buying a vehicle from them and then paying them for repairs was not enough. When I asked about the up charge they said “because we have to….your lucky, some places charge more…” Kuehns sales people will pitch how they have been in business for over 50 years, like this means you can trust them and have customer loyalty. However, from our experience, that loyalty does not go both ways. If you choose to buy a vehicle from Kuehns, I highly recommend an independent 3rd party inspection.
