We were looking at new vehicles at six different car dealers. We were greatly impressed by all the honestly friendly & accommodating people at Penz Rochester Subaru and I mean ALL of them there. These folks actually cared about what we wanted in a vehicle and how we wanted to do things. They, even, went ahead of trading with another dealer, just to get the car color we were for, even though we did not ask or expect it. We just were driving to Rochester to test drive cars. Well, we drove home with our new Forester and finished all the paperwork within a couple of hours, because we had little time before needing to leave town. We could not be more pleased with our new car or all the fantastic people we met and worked with. It was a great experience, which is not how most people would describe car shopping. We drove away as if leaving friends.

I can’t say enough great things about Subaru of Rochester! I brought my Subaru Legacy in for an oil change, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. When I arrived, I was told they knew I had an appointment but had a couple of unexpected situations that required two employees to leave for the day. They were very upfront and let me know it could take 3–4 hours, while also giving me a few options. Since I had driven two hours for this appointment, I chose to stay—and I’m so glad I did. Madysen helped me from start to finish and was absolutely AMAZING. Once she heard how far I had traveled, she did everything she could to speed up the process. She kept me informed every step of the way and made sure I always knew what was going on. She truly went above and beyond to make sure my experience was a positive one. The entire team was a perfect example of how positivity and teamwork make a huge difference. Somehow, despite the challenges, I was in and out in about an hour! It was 100% worth the drive. 100/10 would recommend Subaru of Rochester—especially if you’re lucky enough to work with Madysen! 🚗✨

Took my car for 6 months maintenance, Trevor took care of my appointment. He was very kind and professional. Process was smooth, there was a waiting area with food, drinks and internet while waiting. They explained the details and things they checked which i appreciate for somebody who doesn’t know a lot about cars and maintenance with free wash! . My car came looking like brand new again! I showed up at 7 AM to drop off the vehicle for tires to be mounted and aligned and added a last-minute oil change to the list of services. Before I left, they verified the tires I wanted were in stock. I was also able to rent a vehicle short notice. Upon returning the payment process went smoothly and we reviewed the upcoming work I could plan for. Very nice experience.
