Barry at Marty’s auto sales was very professional and kind. The auto shop didn’t include an inspection, but I took it out for a couple hrs to get it inspected. The inspection showed it needed a couple things to get fixed, and bc of that, I was able to reduce the price to $1,000 less. All due to Barry’s help! He’s a great employee.

Last Saturday was the second time we've purchased an amazing used car from Marty's. This time we were blessed to have Barry as our salesman. I went in to look for an F-150 about a week ago and they didn't have any with the engine I wanted, so Barry took my name and number and said he would contact me if they acquired any with the specs I wanted. He also gave me his direct cell phone and said I could contact him anytime. That's incredible! But here is where he went over the top: I decided that we would try looking for an Expedition instead and I had seen one on cars.com available at Marty's. However, when I called to check if it was available Barry said it wasn't on the lot because it was getting detailed, but it would be back after the holiday. He told me to check back after New Year's Day, which I did. The test drive was great, and the vehicle is in excellent shape for a 10 year old SUV. I didn't have the cash on hand, but told him I would be back in a couple days. He said that was fine and that he would HOLD the car for me. NO deposit, NO notarized documents, NO KIDDING! I came back with my wife and we bought a great vehicle from Marty's, thanks to Barry. Then a miracle happened! Instead of the price that was on cars.com, which I already thought was a good deal, Barry lowered the price for me by about $500. NEVER, EVER, EVER, has a used car salesman done that! Barry, you are an all-star! I can't wait to get my next used car from you after I run these last two into the ground.

My son and I had an amazing experience purchasing his very first vehicle here. Our salesperson, Cang, was incredibly welcoming, polite, and completely pressure-free. What stood out the most was his honesty, which made us feel comfortable throughout the entire process. We returned the next day to finalize the purchase and could not be happier. I highly recommend this business and will definitely be back when my second son is ready for his first car! 😉

Good. I bought a Rav4 here about 3 years ago. No major problems and the salespeople were very honest. Ive been daily driving it for about 2 years, and its been running pretty great.

Horrible communication, won’t let you bring vehicle for pre sale inspection on weekends, so I had to take a day off of work to do so. Drove 2 hours and Showed up to look at a vehicle I was interested in, and it had no oil in it. Told the guy cang who greeted me and he goes “oh you checked that!?” And told me to still drive it around the block and buy and then I get get an oil change because they don’t do oil changes there. That’s insane. Atleast make sure your vehicles have oil in it. I wouldn’t trust buying a little tikes cozy coupe from this place. Truck is a 2006 Silverado 2500. Vin is 1GCHK29U26E103253. Don’t buy this truck. Edit: I’m surprised I got a response back. I get mistakes happen, but not something like this. This only hurts you and your vehicles.. imagine if someone didn’t check the oil and take it for a test drive and seizes it up. Now you have to replace a whole engine😂 which who knows how long it was already driven like this. On the photos online you can obviously see a leak which I asked Cody about over text. And claimed he went and checked again and noticed no leaks now- yeah, cuz it already all leaked out. Cang seeming shocked when I mentioned I checked the oil was pretty hilarious. I’m sure you guys added oil now but I hope everyone sees this and doesn’t purchase this vehicle. And if someone is willing to pay 200$ for a pre sale inspection, if the vehicle comes back clean, they’d probably purchase it, so it shouldn’t be a huge deal.
