AC and Brent at Burnsville motors were a few of the kindest people I met in a long time. My boyfriend and I are in a tight spot, between jobs and forced to temporarily live in the car. We couldn't see while driving in the rain the other night and ended up hitting a curb and the car got stuck on a boulder. After we got the car off the boulder the steering wheel was crooked and the car wasn't driving right. We only have Doordash to survive right now and we needed to make sure the car wasn't going to fail on us on the freeway while doing deliveries. We went to another auto store first and they refused to help us, turned their nose up at us and made us feel worthless. Brent and AC took care of us, examined the car and made sure it was safe for us to drive. They recommended an alignment but let us know there was nothing immediately catastrophic which put our minds at ease. Well, we Doordashed until 2am that night and pulled together enough for an alignment to make sure our tires didn't wear out before we were ready to give up. I cant thank these guys enough and I will be recommending them to EVERYONE I know in the future. We have traveled over 60k miles in this past year alone and only met a handful of good people, which brought sadness to our hearts. Brent and AC restored our faith in humanity enough to help keep us pushing foreward. We were reminded there IS still good in this world. If you need your vehicle fixed OR need a to purchase a new one or "new to you one" go here. You will be taken care of.

New ownership and it definitely shows! Mike, Evan and Dan really came through for me. I previously purchased a Jeep in 2023 and had nothing but problems. I was hesitant to go back, but made the decision to give them a call and see what they could do. Right off the bat Mike was ready to help. He acknowledged my issues from previous ownership, listened to me and help me make a smarter choice. There was zero pressure between him and my salesperson Evan. Dan was very informative and honest about the paperwork and took every question with kindness and patience. I will definitely be recommending them to my friends and family. I am going back to my original review, which was wonderful. Here they make you feel like family. I had somebody tried to tell me that there was something wrong with my car, they were going to fix it. I talked with the owner. He said that was no problem. They would fix it. But I went to have my Honda dealership check it out before I went out there and bothered them. They said there was no problem, so you just have to be careful where you go. But you don't have to be careful with this dealership. They are very honest, there's no hidden problems and they're very helpful if you have any concerns or questions. I am going to be going back to this place next year when my husband needs a car. I am definitely recommending this dealership.

Loved my experience!! Felt very comfterble and did not get pushed into anything i did not want.
