I recently bought a '21 Nissan NV200 from All Cars. I found them through CarFax. I typically only buy new work vehicles, but I needed this particular make and model. After the deal was closed, I learned I needed a new fuel sensor. Beau ordered the parts and their mechanic installed them while I waited. Took about 15 minutes. I was very impressed with the professionalism of Beau and May. I love supporting small family run businesses whenever I can. I cannot say enough good things about this dealership. Awesome prices, customer service, and they treat their customers with honesty and respect, which, in my experience is rare in the pre-owned car business.

Wonderful experience. Beau was very friendly, professional, and made us feel welcomed. Our entire visit though, we felt comfortable, and never once did we feel pressured into buying something. I went up to All Cars in sub-zero winter weather to help my son purchase a new ride. We did a brief test drive and settled on the car we had come to see. There was no pressure, and the dealer even offered a discount based on a lower-priced version of the same car at a different dealership. We concluded the deal, but unfortunately, only about 10 miles out from the dealership, we identified a significant problem with the car, which I don’t believe the dealer was aware of. We managed to get it back to the dealership, and rather than saying “too bad, so sad” and absolving himself of any responsibility, the dealer voided the purchase and gave me my check back. He could have turned a disappointing day into a miserable one, but instead he was honest, forthright, and principled—terms I wouldn’t anticipate using when describing a car dealership. I would definitely go back to All Cars when I’m in the market for a used vehicle.
