Matt gave me a good deal. He oversaw every phase of the transaction making sure everything was done promptly, smoothly and properly. Minor issues after the deal were also resolved by Matt. I highly recommend Matt Sack when your seeking a new car! I love my EQS 580…great addition to my garage!
This is my second vehicle from Feldmann and their customer service is outstanding. Matt Sack in sales helped me trade in my 2022 for a 2026 and he was very helpful. Located the perfect match, had all my requested features and was within my requested price range. I’m completely in love with my new car. Also, Jesse, my service coordinator has taken great care of me and my car since my first purchase.
I am very happy to have closed this deal with Matt and Michael. Matt is incredibly sharp—he immediately understood exactly what I needed without me having to say much; I really enjoy working with someone so intelligent. He even arranged for a lovely lady to help me set up the new car's systems—a service I’d never received before, as previous salespeople had simply told me to consult the manual at home. Michael was very friendly, too, and surprised us with a fantastic deal.
I recently purchased my first Mercedes, GLE 450. The Feldmann team were wonderful to work with. Matt Sack was very informative about all models we looked at and answered all mine and my wife's questions. John Cadle was exceptional with financing and assisted with my military benefits. Thank you for a great experience.
Great buying experience w Max Klingerman at Feldmann Imports. Quick and seamless purchase. Had vehicle ready for test drive when we got there. Let us take it out on our own. No pressure. Fast forward 2 days to our purchase/signing/pickup. In and out in 30 minutes. Wow is all I can say!!! Thanks again Max
