Luis made sure to sync my phone and show me the features. I’ve been using Burnsville Toyota service for my previous ‘07 RAV4 with 218k miles, which is also where it was originally purchased by the previous owner. Great people all around at this dealership. Taylor was very patient and never hesitated to show me all the vehicles I wanted to see. She allowed me to take my time, answer all my questions, and test-drive the cars that interested me. David handled the financial side exceptionally well. He worked hard to secure the best financing plan that fit my budget , something I would not have been able to accomplish on my own. Took off work to return a used Walser car with a 10% Apr at Walser Bloomington and went here at Burnsville Toyota for a brand new Car with the 4.99% Apr Promo. Both the used and new were about the same monthly payment, but one that I love and is financially not a rip off. AKA “Walser”. So worth it! This place a great place where they will actually help you find your car! Very helpful and kind. Great services. Rather than pushing you to buy Gap and Warranty like Walser, they help educate you about things you don’t know without making you feel alone and distress. Especially for Gaps, they help you understand what it is and remind you it’s just an “Option”. They don’t make you feel pressure or feel bad for not purchasing their Gap and warranties. Glad I made a big decision to return the used car for a new one with great warranty at my own comfort! Help guide me every steps of the way and reassure me the whole time especially as a first time buyer myself! Also! If you’re an undergraduate students of is in college please get sign up for the Toyota rebate program!!! $500 seems small, but that’s a whole month payment of help right there! Definitely going back here for my Fiancé’s next Car!

Scott Luke and Brady (or Bradley?) did great work for me. Super solid guys and happy to work with them. Luke set me up with new tires after mine were shot. Scott had my popped tire taken care of. (Glad I bought the tires from Toyota as they covered the entire new tire on my left rear) and Brady did the work. And put my spare back. Also they had my spare key setup and oil change all on the same service. These guys are no joke. This is what Toyota does. Forever customer.
