LA Auto Mall

Everybody from top to bottom was amazing. From me emailing and the gentlemen being patient, knowledgeable and kind. Then when I came in the office.. they continued with the awesomeness! They told me EVERYTHING I need to know to be successful with my car purchase! They are all awesome and I look forward to doing more business with them! I would strongly recommend purchasing your next vehicle from them!

Back in May I purchased a 2013 Malibu from them they gave me a great deal & I was able to drive off the lot the same day after we agreed on a price! The car was in great condition inside & out. I came from Grand Rapids & left Lansing in style thanks again LA Auto Mall you guys are phenomenal. HIGHLY recommended!!!

Though I did not end up buying a car from Anthony in the end, I really appreciated his willingness to stay late so that I could test drive a car and his quickness in responding to messages. Their prices are fair, and Antony was easy to work with. I would definitely go back the next time I’m looking for a used car.

They were great to us they helped us on getting a great vehicle we thank u both for getting us a great vehicle

Buyer beware!!! I am going to be the first to not leave a 5 star review. First, the saying “if something is the wrong with the car we won’t sell it” is a lie. I’ve had to put almost 1k worth of work into the car, and this is not including the differential, the owner did take accountability and gave me $200 to go towards the part, and we covered labor. However, I am young, and not a mechanic however, this is not my first time buying a car. I did purchase the middle warranty for this reason, however my warranty was never activated for some reason and did not get refunded. So the warranty did me no good. The communication is terrible, not answering phone calls, and the door being locked with the open sign on during business hours is very unprofessional. First he tried to renew my plate with the whole process that they do. However, my birthday was two months later so I went to sos to renew the plate. There, I was told the car was never transferred in my name. Which this was one month later. I called LA auto and they decided to not answer my phone calls, but would answer different numbers. When I finally got ahold of him, he was rude and telling me I don’t know how a dealership works. One month later I get a text from his son to sign a new seller paper (d08) and that is when I got a temporary plate and was waiting on a new plate. I was waiting on a plate and driving with an expired temp plate. With no communication this made this situation very stressful. After 2 months of having the car I finally have a plate and registration in my name. I don’t see how this shop is a 5 star shop and the most trusted dealership in Lansing. I would not deal with them again.
