The staff at CarVenture is so pleasant to work with! Alex was very welcoming with her delightful positive personality, Barbara Jean was funny and patient while selling me my 2015 Chevy Cruze and got me a great deal, Rada and Lucus went above and beyond on the service side. I bought the Cruze knowing full well that they often have issues but are generally easy fixes. About 2 weeks after buying the car I had an issue with my car, but they brought it in and fixed it for free. I will without a doubt be coming back for any work on my vehicle or future car purchases! Best car purchasing experience I have had in my life.

Lucas and alx are THE BEST salespeople ever. Period. They will stop at nothing to take care of you when youre in need. Absolutely recommend their repair shop as well! The maintenance manager, Rada is absolutely supreme, never takes advantage, will give anything in his power. Highly recommend!

At first I was kinda skeptical bc the last vehicle I bought in lansing was not great. Had to put a LOT of money into it and honestly I wish I could name the ppl who sold it to me bc they are not very good ppl. But woth that being said, I have not bought a car yet from car venture, but I do want to say the lady and gentleman that worked with me was very nice. Their office was very nice and clean. I do want to not the application process was pretty fast, maybe 30 to 45 minutes and they worked on it while I test drove a few vehicles. I did like a couple vehicles but they did have a few issues, I won't lie. Nothing that can't be fixed im sure. They did recommend a few different vehicles and the vehicles was pretty clean... they did seem a tiny bit pushy on 1 vehicle and it just didnt feel right. But I do plan on going back to test drive a couple more to see what fits me and my two special needs kids. But over all my first time trying to get a vehicle on my own at a car lot my first time seemed pretty well. Also they tried very hard to work within my budget, as im still learning this dealership and car buying process, Hoping to have another good experience with them and find my new vehicle.

Disappointed! I recommended CarVenture last Winter to some dear friends of mine from our church. Our friends needed a reliable reasonably price car. They had a 1 owner 2015 Subaru Forester with 125k miles on it for about $10k. It had a clean Car Fax and maintenance records....they said. The reviews seemed good so we chose them. Read on... However, my friends did NOT do a pre purchase inspection so I guess it is on my friends and I. It turns out that after only 1,500 to 2,000 miles after purchase, the power steering control module went out, the rear brake rotors, brake pads, rear wheel bearings, front lower control arms, wiper blades, air filter, headlight bulbs, and tires all needed to be replaced. The engine oil didn't register on the dipstick at all either. And that is so far...we aren't completely sure what else it may need now. Almost 3K in it needs to be done now repairs! My friends did not get a copy of the Car Fax from the CarVenture even though it was supposed to be provided with the sale. They asked several times after the sale and were never able to get it from them. Make sure you get yours with the sale. So, while they may have clean looking cars and seem nice, they are NOT reconditioning or really checking out their cars prior to the sale. BEFORE you buy, you really need to have a prepurchase inspection done first which will cost you a couple of hundred dollars. You MUST do this...do NOT be in a hurry and make an emotional decision like my friends did. Otherwise, it may cost you thousands like my dear friends. Had we known in advance all of the issues, we would have offered 3,000 less for the car due to all of the repairs it had to have done right away. If they won't negotiate with you on this, then walk away. I wished I could fix all of this for my friends. I am trying to help them but is is super expensive. Make sure you do your due diligence BEFORE you buy...from anyone!

I thought the customer service was okay here. They were very kind throughout the whole process and kept their word to fix some things that were not working when I bought my car. However I also think this company was kind of misleading. I don’t know a ton about cars, granted, but the sales person I talked to told me that it was a very good car, well maintained, and that they had looked everything over and listed the issues with the car that they wanted to fix for me before I bought it. After buying the car (which was NOT cheap), things started breaking very quickly. I have had to get both sets of brake pads and rotors done, new wheel bearings, replace the transmission drain plug and put new fluid in it (something I had specifically requested they look at), and got new calipers. I understand that after you buy the car, it is your responsibility, but I really don’t believe this company has their customers’ best interests in mind.
