⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We recently purchased a Traverse from this dealership, and our experience with Ziad was outstanding from start to finish. Buying a used vehicle—especially one with a history—can be stressful, but Ziad was patient, transparent, and never made us feel pressured. We had a pre-purchase inspection done, and when it identified a few issues, he worked with us to address every one of them before we took delivery. That gave us a lot of confidence in both the vehicle and the dealership. What impressed us most was what happened after the sale. Even though he had no obligation to, Ziad continued helping us by connecting us with great pricing on new tires and using his network to help us with a few other things we needed. That level of customer service is hard to find and showed that he genuinely cared about making sure we were happy with our purchase. If you’re looking for someone who is honest, responsive, and willing to go the extra mile, I highly recommend asking for Ziad. He made what could have been a stressful process a positive one, and we’re very happy with our new Traverse.

These guys are so friendly and accommodating, and their inventory of used cars is high quality. Reasonably priced too! Definitely worth a look if you’re in the market for a used car that’s in good shape.

Had an appointment to look at a vehicle then when I tried to confirm the app and make sure I had the right directions I was notified the vehicle was sold and the seller didn't communicate that with me so my time was wasted. At first they seemed to be communicating well. Then it changed. Maybe in the future I can rate them different.

I would not recommend doing business with this dealership. The customer service was extremely unprofessional, and I experienced repeated disrespect and subtle microaggressions throughout the process. During a 15-minute test drive, they called me three separate times pressuring me to return, then required me to pay $45 for my own CARFAX report despite already having one available. They also discredited information from bank auto loan for no valid reason, which felt highly condescending and unethical. Buyers should be cautious and thoroughly research this company before purchasing a vehicle here, rebuilt/salvage titles.
