Ali did everything in his power for 1k down when every bank wanted 1.5k+ for a 2016 dodge challenger r/t and the car runs perfect for a used car more than perfect , and the mirror had a problem he made sure it was no bs and said the order for the new part is going to be ordered soon ,wouldn’t give any other dealer ship I’ve got a car from a good review or 5 star but this one ! Most def will be going back for another !

My car buying experience was truly outstanding. Iris was incredibly kind, attentive, and supportive throughout the entire process, making me feel comfortable and confident every step of the way. Ali also made everything smooth and hassle-free, handling the approval process with great efficiency and professionalism. Everyone there was amazing, creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere. They also have a great mechanic paul who did an excellent job fixing my old car it runs perfectly now. Honestly, it was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend working with them to anyone looking for excellent service.

My experience at this dealership was wild. Every employee was so bubbly and the atmosphere was refreshing. Although some details (flaws) were left out of my selected vehicle’s description, they were open to solutions and helping me step-by-step through the process of the repairs. Andrew specifically (who is now my mechanic sorta) definitely stuck out to me as the most helpful and most open to my opinions and provided his as well. I recommend requesting him for your test drive. Other employees such as RJ, Ali, and Kelly were great too. Overall recommend this dealership, just make sure you’re direct with what you want. 😁

Empire motor has bad customer service. Do not know how to communicate with each other. They acting like they know what they doing, but when you go up there day, I can light the, they don't know what you're talking about is failure of communication empire. Needs to work on. They communication skill with each other in the customers. Other than that, empire motor would be the perfect place for you to get your car or finance a car. But they need to work on a customer service skill. How to talk to people in better explaining own stuff? This is my second vehicle that II got. From empire motor the vehicle is good. But as far as paperwork and far as the employees there, it's all fun and game, and you're sitting for like, 6:07 hours about them, laughing and joking, and not getting the job done. As quickly as they should be doing. I am not slandering empire mode. I am only speaking, are the experience. What I had to deal with from them Until they can learn how to communicate with each other.
