Rick, Steve, and the service team at Maple Hill went out of their way to accommodate my Volvo for service recently. I brought my vehicle in for unscheduled maintenance to address a warning light. While my vehicle was in the shop the team also completed the scheduled maintenance and updated the software to ensure that I wouldn’t need to return for my scheduled maintenance appointment in the calendar for a few weeks later. Thanks Maple Hill Volvo for accommodating my vehicle, and making my trip more efficient. I appreciate your service.

Drove an hour away to pick up parts that aren’t available to be picked up on Saturdays. Online says they’re available from 9 to 3 but are actually not available on Saturdays. Only what a waste of my time and money when gas is five dollars a gallon they can’t let you know what time you can pick up your parts. Do not order parts from this location.

The employees at this dealership are generally quite nice, but they’ve been getting less and less competent, especially for Volvo service. I will not return, but prior to now I had been coming here for nearly 5 years. We’ve had 3 different incidents which were unacceptable. First, they failed to order the parts for a standard service scheduled well in advance, and only told me upon checkout, forcing me to come back for a second visit when one should be sufficient. Second, upon leaving the dealership for a different service, I was assured they would be able to file a warranty claim in my absence. After not calling me back after repeated attempts (I had to email the owner of the dealership before anyone would call me back), I was told I would instead now need to come back yet again for another inspection. Finally, and most egregiously, I recently had an oil change performed there in August of this year. In early November, I noticed an oil leak. Fearing the worst, I went to another dealership for service. I was informed (and shown video) that the ‘leak’ was simply an oil drain plug that hadn’t been properly tightened, and was on the verge of falling out. It’s possible it was a mechanical failure, but after my experiences there I’m not convinced. This is such basic maintenance that was not handled correctly, I fear anything more complicated would also be a lost cause. Long story short – this dealership doesn’t appear to value the time and effort of their customers in obtaining service. This alone would be forgiven if the work was exceptional, but my recent experience tells me that the work can be worse than your local express oil change shop. I don’t know what the hourly labor rate is, but I’m sure it’s $100+. Not ok.

Awful experience on the phone with service. Complained about a brake vibration. The person answering had zero interest in helping me. Volvo forums are full of stories about Volvo replacing warped rotors under warranty - Maple Hill had "never heard of this problem", and wants to charge $170 to diagnose. Go to another dealer.
