For 25 years Maple Hill auto group has kept my 2001 Chrysler LHS in great running order. They are the only place I went for repairs and auto changes but now after 212 512 miles I have worn out the car. It’s perfect timing because at 91 years old my eyesight is gone so I can no longer drive. Thank you Maple Hill for 25 years of excellent service.🎉

I understand people who review tend to have either very good experiences or very bad experiences. I am willing to forgive one bad experience, but I have had multiple over the past couple of years and will be looking elsewhere from now on. Additionally, when I last provided feedback (per their outreach) I gave what I feel is objective and honest feedback. I sent the feedback on 2/5/26 and I have yet to receive any acknowledgement of receiving it (2/16/26). Below is the content of the feedback I provided so others can make an assessment whether to go with them or not. Feedback: "This will likely be my last visit to Maple Hill as my experience there the past few times have been subpar. My most recent visit had the technician indicate that my skid plate needing replaced due to stripped screws and rusted bolt holes. While I understand those things can happen over time, maple hill was the last place to work on my car in September and nothing in the video or service they did on the car (oil change) did not indicate stripped or rusted bolts. Additionally, I had the wrong work done on my car and have to come back due to an oversight on one of your mechanics and also had a misdiagnosed issue when I brought it in on a previous appointment. If I wouldn’t have had a trusted person look at before that appointment, I would have had to pay for two services instead of one. I ended up taking it elsewhere in the end. Needless to say, it has been a disappointing experience overall and I will not be a returning customer. I will also be informing others who may inquire or think about going to your dealership to look elsewhere".

They installed a new transmission in my car June 2024. In December 2025, that transmission is dead. This is after they had misdiagnosed the issue to begin with (they had first decided the reason my car was stalling was the engine) and they had my car for a total of six months (from January to June 2024). They were a nightmare to deal with the entire time. This business is incompetent and completely lacks integrity. Beyond this review, they are not worth any more of my money, time, energy, effort. To the reader, I highly recommend avoiding. 1/13/26 update - as of today, I haven’t received a call from this business. This is consistent with how they behaved for the six months they had my car in 2024. They’d say they’d call me in a few days with an update, then never would. I was always chasing them.

Had my car for 8 weeks, left worse than I took it in. Thought I had nothing but trust in them so I didn't question as much as i usually would, no other shops were able to say anything at all was wrong. Anything I've experienced with a vehicle was an easy detection, unfortunately no dash lights/codes were on for anyone to diagnose my car when the issues just started occurring. Other input I was getting said possibly transmission failing which made this my only option since I only get my oil change here after buying 2 different cars over 9 years through them. Never would have thought I'd ever be so traumatized by the 2 month long process with them that did absolutely nothing to help my car and the mechanic agreed when I had him drive it after I picked it up &was told it was good to go that it was in fact worse than before. They claim I only came in for "noise" which somehow amongst multiple different noises they determined a 3k$ part needed replacing without any true explanation than it was "noisey". Yet when I first took it in to them terrified I would get in an accident and stated aside from noises that my front right tire had totally stopped and seized while I was going 60mph feeling like I hit a tree stump! So tell me with that symptom they looked at and found that very wheel bearing was busted AFTER fixing such a major part that conveniently would only be able to be done by them it was such a big job. Started to feel to me because my car will return to them when I buy a new one that they wanted to fix parts that would outlast the vehicle to help it last better until they got that car back. Not sure why else another shop that they OKAY'd me to go to when I simply thought I needed an alignment after they replaced transfer case, wheel bearing OH and another 3k$ part after that and my car still felt awful when I picked it up so i inquired with them if it were possible I just needed an alignment after everything. They said it's likely have them check it out. I did not request this shop to do any more than that. Needless to say they said no alignment, the parts Maple hill installed are causing the noises that have progressed &to have them reinstalled. Maple hill neglected this since they never confirmed when I took it back if they even rechecked their work as well as this other shop quoted more parts that actually fit the description to the symptoms I was having. Maple hill also did not confirm or deny these parts needed replacing, they made an assumption about a vehicle that is not theirs upon the inspection being done by anyone but their shop as if no one else is capable of mechanical work the way they are. Except if that were the case my car wouldn't be in another shop currently after everything they did because I am worried I will cause more damage to whatever I can so clearly tell is still wrong with my car. I will never bring my vehicle back here, if I had known expressing my concerns to them about this being more unaffordable than I anticipated and can not keep pouring money in to new parts they offered to help me with the price they quoted me which only feels like it was a deciding factor to put faulty/aftermarket parts on my car after thousands of dollars repairing parts that should have caused it to drive almost like it was new. Thank you for the worst experience of my life maple hill. You have taught me more than I thought I already knew and lost a current and future customer. You made an already hard time in my life worse than I would've ever anticipated by digging me in to a hole on a car I still owe 9k$ on.
