Fox Maple Hill Subaru

Cassandra, the service tech handled everything with patience. I have difficulty hearing and she was always respectful and kind. The mechanic who worked on the car was waiting at the service desk for the car even though I was a little early. I had a recall repair and 2 filters changed. The 2 filters were $88 total which seems like a fair price to me. I would definitely recommend Mape Hill Subaru to my family and friends.

Carly Preston made our car-buying experience a breeze. She was so thoughtful and helpful, taking the time to let us decide with no pressure but there for any question we had. I highly recommend dealing with Carly. She came up with such a great deal for us just by understanding what we wanted and working to find it. Great Job!!! And you will love her bubbly personality.

Joe Lawrence helped me secure my new 2025 Forester Hybrid with ease. Coming from over an hour away, Joe was very communicative and answered all my questions but was never pushy. I was in and out of the dealership within an hour with a beautiful car and a smile on my face.

Overall exceptional! The nitty gritty: Israel was awesome! Pleasant, not the typical pushy salesman, personal, knowledgeable, kind, understanding, compassionate. Sadly was always in time crunch to get car. The only irritation: if the car was inspected and ready to go once I got there, no additional trip needed. Love my new to me car. Great follow up after sale as well. Highly recommend.

This is a great place to buy a Subaru. However, every time you get an oil change, do not leave the dealership until you have done the following: make sure your car has been off for about five (5) minutes, open the hood, pull and wipe the oil dipstick, reinsert, pull out and check that the oil level is not above the top dimple. Overfilling the oil can cause damage to your engine! This happened to my new vehicle- 2X in a row. Also, check the fullness of the window washer fluid!
