Review for Service Department. 4 Week wait time due to few Genesis techs, but got me and my car in immediately, addressed all my concerns, had oil changed, tires rotated, and headlights checked due to moisture(known issue for Genesis). They inspected the car, did an oil change/tire rotation, AND approved and replaced my headlights under warranty all in about 3 hours. Another dealer wanted 3 days and $500, I said no way! The service here is awesome and thorough, I would highly recommend
I had an awesome experience purchasing my first, but likely not my last, Genesis! Joe Lawrence was great to work with from the test drive to putting the keys in my hands. The F&I portion was handled expertly by Tom Ferro. There was no pressure to purchase add-ons but he presented the products very well and the process went extremely smoothly. I will definitely be purchasing another vehicle from them in the future.
Our sales woman, Traci was terrific. The place is super clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend them for your new and used car experience.
Great experience having my Genesis G90 serviced today!!! Staff were very friendly and helpful and answered all questions. Waiting area was clean, and all services completed in an hour. Vehicle was washed and I will definitely return again.
The car itself has been fine, but service at this particular retailer is markedly poor. Anything other than an oil change, or something simple, is a 2-3mo wait for an appointment. And then, once you finally get in, if their part-time techs are unable to duplicate a problem, they do absolutely nothing and expect you to keep scheduling more and more appointments (2-3mo between visits) until either the lemon law kicks in, or you call corporate. Time out of your day and the hassle of making an appointment months in advance means absolutely nothing to these people. Further, the service manager there conveniently hides out during the day and won't deal with customers, nor does he answer or return phonecalls. (This seems to be SOP for management in general at this dealership. 👀) "We are committed to customer satisfaction!". No. No they're not. Do not recommend. Sorry.
