Where is Ed's Basic Car located?
2460 S Sprinkle Rd, Kalamazoo, MI 49001What do customers say about Ed's Basic Car?
I had a great experience working with Todd and Kathy. I was met with kindness, respect, and honesty. Todd happily answered any and all questions I had and really worked with me to get me into a car. Kathy was sweet and reassuring when I was feeling nervous while test driving vehicles. Overall, I would absolutely recommend and am really glad I came here.
bought a charger from them in july and they paid for new suspension parts and alignment for the car. very professional and welcoming service and i would buy there again
very friendly people quick to help you. even if its not your car they will help very professional.
Honest and willing to help Only spoke with them over the phone, told them my situation and instead of getting me to buy a car they gave me the info on someone who would be able to work on my current vehicle for less then a car I was looking for. Definitely here to help people. Not in it for just making money.
I’ve had issues with the car I bought since the day I pulled off with it. Trying to figure out why it’s jerking all the time just to find out it has a bad transmission would not recommend. People have a lovely vibe but cars no good.
