Last September I had went through a bad situation where my ex stole my car and drive it in a lake. I went to rightway because my sister got her car there thank God no problems so I was like ill give them a try. I got a 2020 equinox ran fine until 1 week after the 6 month warranty ended. I paid their recommended mechanic $100 to look at my car due to a check engine light being on. Nothing was wrong with it they said. But it was showing catalytic converter when I took it to auto zone. Changed the O2 sensor an now I have 8 different codes popping up for power train. Guess what I have to drive to BC daily for work so im over 488 miles for the warranty. I have never had so many problem with a car in my life. Then I all I was told was well pay 2-5 more months on the car and we can trade it in. I pay damn near $500 on a car that lasted me 6 months without issues. It's 6 years old I should not have this many damn problems with it when im keeping up on all the maintenance on it. I do not recommend getting a car from here. I should have stuck with my instincts after everything I heard about them!

Had a horrible experience with Jakob or Jacob. Went in twice, one time he had toys all over his desk and snacks like a child. Not only was i denied & left and went somewhere else & got approved within the same hour… its 6/29/26. I went 6/11/26 and im still getting my credit ran for Rightway Auto for different lenders today. I knew when i walked in I shouldve went with Dylan & not a newbie who literally told us he worked at steak and shake before a dealership. My fault tho. I do not recommend him.
