Jordan Auto Dealer

I purchased a 2004 Dodge Durango from them, and I have been blown away by the level of honesty, professionalism, and customer service they provided from start to finish. They went far above and beyond what I ever expected. They didn't just sell me a vehicle—they made sure it was safe and ready for the road. They replaced the brakes and rotors, thoroughly checked everything over, and took the time to explain exactly what was being done and why. As someone who asks a lot of questions, I never once felt rushed. They were incredibly patient, kind, and genuinely wanted me to feel confident in my purchase. A special thank you to Terry, the mechanic. His workmanship and attention to detail were outstanding, and I was amazed by how quickly everything was completed without sacrificing quality. It's obvious he takes pride in his work, and it really shows. In a world where it's hard to know who to trust, Jordan's Auto has earned mine completely. They treated me with respect, were honest every step of the way, and made sure I drove away in a vehicle I could feel good about. I would recommend Jordan's Auto to absolutely anyone looking for a quality used vehicle. This is a dealership that truly cares about its customers long after the paperwork is signed. When it's time for my next vehicle, I won't even think twice—I'll be coming right back to Jordan's Auto. Thank you all for making what could have been a stressful experience into such an incredible one. You've earned a customer for life!

I bought this nice car from here and it is one of the best cars That I have ever drive. They were very honest with me and kind, and they were very easy with paperwork I recommend everyone to buy a car from them because you will never find any problems on your new vehicle.

Bought this vehicle from this dealership. The owner is very helpful. Had to return for some mechanical issue they fixed free of charge and gave me discount for oil change. Nice and helpful dealership

I drove an hour and a half to look at a car at this dealership. The posting pictured the car in a neighborhood making it look like it’s a private party. To my surprise it was a dealership. When I arrived there were cars up on blocks and several cars parked in the back that look like they are waiting to go to the junk yard. What I was most disappointed to find was the car that I came to look at which was described as well taken care of and no issues at all. When I saw the car that was the exact opposite from the truth. There were several dents, dings, scratches, paint chips and scrapes. The car had a dollar bill sized rust spot above the rear drivers side door. The airbag light and check engine light was on. The drivers side power window controls only operated the drivers side window. Certainly I checked to make sure the window lock wasn’t on. The navigation screen didn’t come on. The car looks like it had driven through a war zone. That was enough to make me walk away. Before I left I placed the keys down and told the guy in the bin overalls that it was not what I expected and he just laughed at me. I would highly not recommend anyone buy anything from this dealership.

Worst place to buy a car.. people beware do not I repeat DO NOT!!!!! Buy a car from this place. I bought a 2013 Jeep compass and 20 mins after leaving the lot the tranny and engine blew and I had to have it towed to even get home. When I called them to tell them about this issue they told me the owner would call me back in an hour or 2, I waited 3 hours and called them back he then again told me the same thing that I would get a call back. I am now blocked and they aren’t taking my calls. The machanic I went to said that they patched the engine enough to get it sold that they had to be aware of the problem but sold it to me anyways. But the marketplace listing said drives great no issues clean car fax. All lies. I’m looking at paying more than triple I paid for the vehicle to get it fixed. Never buy a car from this dealer. If I could give 0 stars I would 😡
