Yesterday I was at the end of my rope with my old vehicle I had to have it worked on 3 times in the last month. I have low credit and had no options in front of me until I reached out to Jd Byrider in Kalamazoo and spoke with Melanie. I went in yesterday and in a couple hours I left with a new to me vehicle that I absolutely love and now I don’t have to worry about being able to make it to work or not. Ryan, Jamie, John and Melanie were amazing. I appreciate the service that was extended to me yesterday and I would recommend anybody to come see the folks at Kalamazoo JD Byrider

Look, when I first got my car (May of 2025), I thought it was awesome, everything looked like it was brand new and freshly replaced. 6months in, the motor blows, I’m told there will be a NEW engine put in but they had to wait for it to be delivered. SIX WEEKS later, they did a rush job to put it back together because I kept calling wondering where my car was. Keep in mind that I DONT have another vehicle and I have a job to get to every morning by 5am. 6 weeks after I had a new motor put in and picked up my car, I had coolant leaking into the oil system and they charged me $400 for repairs. 6 weeks after I picked the car up that time, it’s starting to do the SAME EXACT thing it was doing before… spilling coolant somewhere in th car… I’m told to bring it in again, but I have to have a vehicle to get to work. The fact that you will harass someone for a payment when their car has almost spent half the time I’ve owned it in the shop. And I STILL paid my payments. I’m a return customer as well…. So being treated so horribly is mind boggling to me.

So I what i experienced here was blank miscommunication and I don’t recommend anyone coming to this dealership. I was communicating that I had a pass open auto loan with repo and they told me they could work with me. They had me send my paystubs and information over the phone and told me my down payment was gonna be 1k due to the repo open auto loan , I saved up the 1k just to go in the next day and be told that they can’t finance because I owe too much mind you they had already checked my credit deposit and seen how much I owed before so why give me an approval just to take it back. Yeah if your looking for a place to give u a second chance at a vehicle this is not the place ‘
