Ziggy's Auto Sales

So I have to say that both Ziggy and Rebecca are excellent people to work with I have bought 2 cars from them so far and both were in excellent condition. They are not pushy at all when it comes to the buying process unlike some other sales reps I have met in the past. I am very happy with my most recent purchase of my Honda CR-V

Never bought a vehicle from Ziggy’s, and ended up going to a dealershi instead, however thought I would leave a review. Seems like a very personable guy. However was a little concerning that the particular vehicle I was interested in, the owner seemed to not really be very knowledgeable about the particular vehicle I was viewing. Was asking myself (an owner of the same car, but was looking to upgrade) and my father (the person who does all my mechanical work) several questions about how the vehicle worked. Not sure if he was just trying to make conversation or if he generally didn’t know about the car on his lot. If you’re going to sell the car, I would suggest reading up about the vehicle you are selling and understanding how it works and why it does what it does. Was the biggest reason I took my business elsewhere. Was slightly disconcerning. However, very friendly and not pushy! Appreciated that a lot and very fair prices for the mileage and models of cars.

My wife bought a Suzuki in May. In October had oil changed and found major safety issues with the car and it should not have been sold to anyone in the condition it was in. CONTACTED THE PERSON THAT SOLD THE CAR TO HER SHOWED PICTURES AND VIDEO WITH NO RESPONSE or offer to help with cost of repairs. Beware of buying anything from them UNLESS you have a mechanic inspect it first. She failed to do so and had to replace the whole front suspension and all new tires which is expensive!

When i first picked up the vehicle the windshield wipers didnt work( They did when i test drove it). He sent me to his mechanic and acted like they were goung to fix it but after finding out it was the motor and not a fuse they sent us on our way. I fixed that myself and that was that. But after taking the vehicle to my mechanic im told that it needs 1700 + in repairs ( new drive shaft new radiator blower motor etc.) I know i purchased this vehicle as is but i cant help but think one of these issues were known .....i am just relaying the expierence as it happened as far as waiting a whole 4 months to write the review.is because it took that long for me to come up with the money. I took the vehicle to 3 mechanics . So i never needed a second opinion. As far as contacting you personally i did when the windshield wipers didnt work and you said "take it to my guy and he'll fix you up". At that time i think you thought i just needed a fuse. Your mechanic looked at us like we were crazy said we needed a new motor and offered no help beyond that. So when i had a 2000 dollar repair why would i contact you. Im not upset im not telling a fabricated story im just stating my personal expeirence. Yes you and your staff were nice. But i just wouldnt purchase another vehicle from you. Lesson learned.
