Make sure when you buy a car from this company that You bring a very good mechanic with you that has a preferably higher end code reader these guys will clear codes off of the car sell it and then say they want nothing to do with it afterwards I bought a truck from them recently. Three codes were hidden they refused to fix it. Make sure you’re very careful with this place. They like the scam people they’re liars, especially Ralph. I’d be very cautious with buying a vehicle from this company and make sure you bring your mechanic with his code reader cause they will hide codes from you. I would never buy a car from here again. These guys are terrible. They don’t give a crap about your family safety and they Sure don’t care about the repairs that are under warranty They can try to defend themselves, but anybody who buys a car here again make sure you bring your mechanic and to the owner’s response to my review Of the problem I’ve saved all the receipts and everything that you’re saying is a lie hence why these hidden codes weren’t found until I put a Dealership code reader on it so yes, you did hide it and yes, you did lie about the brakes. You can deny all you want But you know you’re in the wrong and it’s funny too. You only have good reviews because you’re not posting the bad reviews. You’re only allowing the good reviews to go through so don’t sit here and act like you’re Innocent cause you’re not lmao i’ve got a list of people that bought cars from your Westfield and Springfield lot that are willing To stand by my side on this, I’m not the only one you’ve screwed over lmao

I placed a $250 deposit to hold the car daughter was interested in while “deal” was being made. Asked multiple times if numbers don’t work since she would be making the payments if would be refunded. I was told yes. We decided to go another route as payments would have been too high and after months of back and forth with Ralp and Jeff to see an update on the refund to my debit card from deposit just stopped communicating. Not a way for an establishment to just cease communication and not adhere to their policy.
