We got a car from my son we were told it was in great shape. The car was paid in full and we were told they were going to fix the co2 issue it had. Every week we call for an update they come up with new things that are wrong with it. They did give him a loaner that broke down in the middle of traffic almost causing an accident. They have had it since we paid for it stating there is no date they could give us that this car would be ready for pick up. I have never heard of something so insane in my life. I don’t recommend this place at all.

If I could give no stars I would. Worst dealership I’ve ever been to. Don’t buy your car from here. They buy from auction, slap a price on it without even looking at the vehicles and won’t fix the car till after it’s sold. Then will blow u off and keep your car forever and not fix it. One of their employees also stole part of my deposit. They will try to tell u they are getting you a better APR, but they just want to put money in their pockets and no pay for the things they said. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST PLACE EVER! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. YOU WILL REGRET IT

The employees here are nice…but at the do of the day, they just want to sell you a car. I bought my car here from there in March, the car had a flat tire that I saw them fill up before I left, didn’t think anything of it until I found out that tire was actually damaged and they did not want to give me a new one. Fine, I paid for a new tire and went about my day. Little did I know that this is going to be one of the smaller problems I would run into with this car. They initially tell me everything is working with the car and there’s nothing wrong with it. They promote a “30 day warranty” that wouldn’t even cover a light bulb for my front lights. (Sold it to me like that) I have had PLENTY of work done to this car since March and a lot of money put into it. The car needed so much work done and as of right now I can’t even have the car in the road because it misfires. I would not recommend this place if you are trying to get yourself a decent car to get on the road. None of the issues that were preexisting were mentioned to me. Instead “the car is perfectly fine” well guess what? IT WASN’T. Be aware.

My son saved up his money and bought his first car from here. He had to register it in CT and because of Covid he had to make an appointment. Because of that he couldn’t drive it in the 30 day warranty period. After driving it for a week it started overheating. I contacted the dealership and explained and got the run around. It’s been 4 months, and he drove it for about a month and now lost his job because he was afraid to drive it. We got 3 estimates for $2,500.but they insist that it should only cost $800. My son paid almost $7,000 for this car. The odometer reads 93,000 and the head gasket was done once already apparently, and the cylinders have rust stains on it from the coolant sitting in the cylinder.The cylinders look terrible. It obviously sat with coolant in the cylinder for some time. This engine is not going to last very long after replacing the gasket because of the damage done. Now we have a broken car sitting in the driveway and so far they’re not willing to fix it, or reimburse us, and my son has no more money to fix it. So far the salesman only offered to refer us to a backyard mechanic that will charge us less. So far this experience has been a nightmare. My son doesn’t deserve this burden. That’s not the way to run a legitimate business. I will repost my review if anything changes.
