extremely great service from omar/baker and his team! If I could rate more than 5 stars I would. They went above and beyond to make sure I was 1000% satisfied with my purchase. Long story short, I was in a car accident and totaled my car; they made sure that the car I purchased was in great working order before I took it off the lot. I picked out an Infiniti and instead of rushing the process, rushing the paperwork and rushing the sale just to make money they went out of their way to replace the serpentine belt, polished/ cleaned the headlights and even took the car to get it inspected, and even installed a brand new high quality name brand battery and not to mention offered a 30 day engine/transmission warranty before they allowed me to take it off their lot. They went the extra mile and made sure the transaction was stress free and left no room for guess work. It was tremendous teamwork and professionalism from everyone that runs cottage street used cars! Not only will you leave satisfied with your purchase, but you will also leave with a sense of security that you didn't go wrong with your purchase.
