I have bought 3 cars from Sam at best value auto and by far this has been the best place to buy cars. Sam is reasonable and honest, and they have great mechanics as well. Staff is great and accommodating. If I have an issue Sam definitely helps me out and I am appreciative for everything he's done for me. Definitely will be going back soon to purchase my little brother's car. Give best value a go you won't regret it.

I'm going to start off by saying that I don't know if Sam knows the quality of the work being done by his mechanic/s. With that being said, upon a further inspection of a vehicle purchased from him, one of the engine mounts was completely disconnected with no bolts. Two other mounts had 3 collective bolts missing, and the timing belt tensioner had only one of two bolts holding it on. This is a wholly unacceptable level of workmanship. Had that one remaining bolt in the tensioner broken while driving, the engine would most likely end up being destroyed by the ensuing piston to valve contact. I showed him the pictures of the missing bolts and he said nothing. So while I'm not positive that he knew about this before I sent him the pictures, he definitely had nothing to say about it after I did send them. If your going to buy a car from here make sure you thoroughly inspect it.

I bought a 2012 Camry from them. It was a pretty straightforward sale: I walked in USMAN asked me which car I was interested in, I told him the Camry and then he let me test drive it. I enjoyed the car, but I noted it needed to have its turn signal fixed and the brakes were grinding. Both were easy fixes. The car had 86k miles which I considered to be a low mileage car for the year, make and model so I ended up buying the car. I did however tell him about those two issues that needed to be fixed before picking up the car. When I came to get the car almost a week later I asked him if the issues had been fixed. He said, “yes I fixed the signal, what was wrong with the brakes?” I said they were grinding. He said, “oh the car has ‘been sitting a while.’ After driving it for a while that should stop. If it doesn’t, come back and I’ll take a look. But it didn’t do that when I drove it to the RMV.” Less than 3 months later, I get a flat tire. On the highway too…I take it to the tire shop and learn both back tires are in really bad shape and need to be replaced. The grinding sound has gotten worse at this point so while changing the tires, I ask them to check the brakes. They do, then tell me that the back ones are shot and the front are not too far behind. I go back to this dealership right when they open and explain. He tells me he can’t do them that day. I had to wait an extra two days to get them done. When he did them, I asked him to test drive the car since ‘the car didn’t do that when he drove to the RMV.’ Oh he test drove it alright. He had my seat leaned way back driving my car like he was on Talladega Speedway. I saw him leave the shop multiple times in his SUV. He didn’t drive his vehicle that way. If you’re considering buying a car here, have your car examined by an experienced mechanic. He knows full well the condition of his cars and is not honest at all. Also invest in the extended warranty. Thank me later.
