Bought a used car there a few months back in a huge hurry and they were able to fit my timeline and get me in a solid car for an affordable price. And when a pretty complex problem with the headlights came up, I brought the car back in, and they went through a bunch of trouble to fix it for me. Great dealership, great service! Would recommend.

I then took some pretty bad dealerships. In the past, Vitali auto was so different. I'm a single woman looking for a car with a disabled child, and I figured you know, people are going to take advantage nope, not at all, they were amazing to us. We got a car exactly how it's supposed to be. Pre pricing, perfect, got an oil change. New brakes inspection sticker, well, 2 days after I got my car, my thermostat went, I brought my car back, they drove me home and my family home so we couldn't have to get an Uber. I've never had service like that, they're just amazing and they really truly care Thank you for everything chris

DO NOT buy a car from here!!! DO NOT buy a car from here!!! If I could give zero stars I would! I bought a car from here 7 months ago and shortly after the car started having MAJOR problems. Breaks started squeeking & grinding soon after getting the car which surprised me because I took it on a long test drive & it was super smooth. Vitale told me the breaks were new. The breaks were actually the last “finishing” touches he claimed he did to the car. When I went to get an oil change for the first time I was told there was oil in my coolant! I called Vitale and he tried to convince me that someone must have poured oil in the coolant by accident. A little odd, especially after I told him I got a diagnostic test from JEEP who told me there was a leak and I needed a NEW ENGINE!!!!!! . I then brought the car back to Dave Vitale so he could take a look at it for a week long… after HIS diagnosis & “ pressure test” he claimed there were no leaks anywhere & recommended I get a new “Resivoir” for the coolant because it was contaminated with oil!! ( good idea, let’s change the coolant resivoir until it fills back up with gunky oil) He even went as far as ordering the cheap little piece & tried to charge me $400 for the job. I kindly declined because at that point he obviously could care less, he already made his money off of me & the finance company. I’ve had to replace the breaks for $600 I just spent $1200 on a new oil cooler , $800 on a new radiator & I haven’t been able to drive the car for some time now because It needs a new engine. Vitale Family Auto failed to disclose/ acknowledge & purposely covered up the fact that they sold me a car with a SERIOUS oil leak & I wouldn’t be surprised if they swapped the breaks before I picked up the car. I’ve spent a lot of money time & energy dealing with this. I’m in jeopardy of losing my job & Not only that but my children are suffering too. It’s Christmas time & this situation has been a devastating impact to my family and our well being.
