I just want to give a shoutout to Jim. While I ultimately didn’t buy a truck from him, it had nothing to do with pricing or the experience he provided. I’ve dealt with a lot of salespeople over the years, and Jim was one of the few who treated me like an actual person. He wasn’t blowing up my phone every day like most salespeople do. He answered every question I had, was straightforward throughout the process, and was by far the fairest on pricing in the area. When I told him I was going a different route based solely on some comfort features, he completely understood and never pressured me. Jim is the reason I’ll be back when I’m in the market for another GMC truck. If you’re looking for someone honest, professional, and easy to work with, I highly recommend reaching out to him.

After a frustrating experience with another dealership, I brought my 2026 CT5-V here for a second opinion regarding an alignment and tire balance issue. The difference in professionalism, communication, and overall service quality was immediately noticeable. Not only did the team take my concerns seriously from the start, but they also properly diagnosed the issue that another dealership had dismissed entirely. They found that all four tires were out of balance and that the front-left alignment was off, which directly explained the vehicle drifting to the left at highway speeds. Level of customer service was fantastic. The team was transparent, respectful, and efficient throughout the process. I was also pleasantly surprised that the work was completed faster than originally quoted, and they handled everything at no cost. It is refreshing to work with a service department that values both the customer’s time and concerns. Based on this experience alone, I would absolutely return for future service and would confidently recommend them to other GM & Cadillac owners.

I did not but my GMC here but I did take it here for its first service. Scheduling was easy over the phone. I showed up early for my appointment and my truck was going on the lift at the appointment time. This is far better than going to other dealers that schedule you and dont get to it that day. I will be back soon enough when I put more miles on.
