My experience purchasing my Mazda CX-30 from 495 Mazda was outstanding from start to finish. I first met with Enrique Santiago in late April while deciding between the Mazda CX-5 and the CX-30. Throughout the entire process, Enrique was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explain the differences between the models, and guide me through my options without ever making me feel pressured to buy. He gave me the time and space I needed to research and make the decision that was right for me. John Karayianis in the Finance Department was equally excellent to work with. The financing process was transparent, and at no point did I feel pressured to purchase additional products or services. John clearly explained everything and made the paperwork straightforward and stress free. Both Enrique and John kept me updated throughout the process, including providing regular communication leading up to the delivery of my vehicle. Their professionalism, honesty, and commitment to customer service made the entire buying experience enjoyable. I highly recommend 495 Mazda to anyone looking for a new vehicle. Been doing business with this dealership for about a year now as I started leasing my first car (2025 Mazda3 Sedan Turbo Premium Plus) in January 2025. For starters, when I first started shopping for a new car before I actually started my lease, Savan has been there every step of the way giving me his own advice and experiences. He is truly great and I would highly recommend doing your car shopping with him when you are at this dealership. The facility is very clean and well kept with amenities such as a lounging area with drinks available. Second, the service department does honest, quality work that has left me excited, impressed, and satisfied every time I have gone there. Not to mention, I've gone there a couple times now and I was super happy when they recognised me! As someone that works in customer service, I know that having a business relationship with a client is very important. You can tell that they value this when you are at this dealership and service dept which is really good. A huge thing that I like about the service dept is that they send you a video when they are doing the repair. When I was there this past November, I had a engine malfunction because of rodents. They sent me a video explaining the problem and the root cause of what actually caused the engine malfunction. For this repair, even though it was not covered by warranty, the service dept was able to lower the price of the repair, which I am super grateful for. I needed an inspection today and went to the service dept (if you have a Mazda of course, I'm not sure if they will do other car brands for service/inspection) and I came out and my car was cleaned up! I was really upset about my car being dirty recently from the snow and salt and when I came out to my car rinsed down I was really excited! Thank you!

I took my new used CUV, MAZDA CX-5, CE for a once over and found that the folks that sold me the vehicle: the rear brakes were only 4mm left on each pads and there was no record of either Front/Rear Differential Flush at 30,000. I was well taken care of while there. The waiting room was spacious. With Free Drinks, Coffee and Tea. I've passed this dealership over a thousand times and was surprised how close it was to I-495. Exit 92. They have my business. I love my Mazda!! Also, who the heck send you a video from the person fixing your vehicle explaining to you what they're doing and what their recommendations are?! Who does that? This place!!

2026 Mazda CX-5 Overall, my experience with Mazda has been a mix of excellent customer service and some disappointing issues. I want to start by recognizing Savan my salesman, and Emily and Alex with the service department. They have been extremely professional, courteous, and genuinely kind. They have treated me with respect, answered my questions, and have done their best to help throughout the process and I truly appreciate that level of customer care. That said, there have been a few things that have taken away from what could have been an amazing experience. After purchasing my new vehicle, I reviewed my financing and decided to cancel several optional products. Chris was a different business manager who was professional and handled those cancellations, and I appreciate his assistance. Unfortunately, 3 days after purchasing my brand-new vehicle, I had to bring it back for service because the microphone isn’t working properly, which affects features like voice commands and Apple CarPlay, and another feature also requires attention. It’s disappointing to have a new vehicle need service so soon after delivery. I understand that sometimes issues happen, even with new vehicles. My hope is simply that everything is repaired correctly and that I can enjoy the vehicle the way it was intended. I chose Mazda because of its reputation for quality, and I’m optimistic that this experience will end on a positive note. Thank you to the dealership staff for being responsive and professional. I truly hope this is just a small bump in the road, because the people I’ve worked with have made a positive impression.
