This is my second Lincoln purchased at Gervais in Lowell. I would only use this dealership. The salesperson was extraordinary in every way imaginable. He wanted me to have the “car of my dreams” and worked with me to get the car of my dreams. As a woman, I don’t usually feel comfortable walking into a dealership by myself and negotiating the purchase of a car. My experience with a particular salesman, Kei, changed my perception. I was treated with respect and professionalism. I am now the proud owner of a Lincoln Corsair and a Lincoln owner for life. Thank you, Kei, for making me a very happy woman. I have been telling everyone about my extraordinary experience.

Great place to buy a vehicle. Had some credit issues, years of medical, divorce and eventually on SSDI. Sent an inquiry to see if they accepted SS as income because I found a truck there I liked. 5 minutes later I was contacted by Theo. Yup!...come on down, we can help. Met with Key, finance manager, nicest guy in the biz. The most painless car buying process Ive ever had. Left maybe an Hour and a half later with a pristine pre-owned truck I desperately needed. They even offered to feed me! Everyone super laid back & friendly. Not 1 ounce of the pressure game normally associated with car sales. Gervais Lincoln is a 5 🌟 all day long! Editing my previous 5 star review. The car buying process was smooth and seamless. However, I was sold a used car that had a transmission issue. I took the car back they fixed it but charge me a deductible for the work after selling me a car in such condition In addition, my car was returned very dirty. There are rodent droppings all throughout my car.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Let me start off by saying this dealership.Is very sexist and they don't like to work with women. When I went in to buy my car with my uncle , they only talked to him and not me and I was the one making the purchase. They asked him questions that he did not know and didn't even look at me. Down-the-line after I purchased the car, it instantly had issues within the four months. I brought it to be repaired. I was told the issue with my coolant system was fixed and it was not, it only got worse. It got so bad the dealership refused to fix it even though its covered under my warranty. These pictures were taken by my personal mechanic after Gervais Lincon so called fixed the collant. That mechanic said it would be a two thousand dollar fix. I would not recommend purchasing a car from here.You will be stuck with a hunk of junk and an engine not overheats. The way all of the employees treat people Is very rude from sales only trying to make a dollar, to the managers especially sovath he was awful, to the service team Guy & Britany were TERRIBLE with treating customers. ive never been treated this way before. The only decent human being is the little lady at the front desk, shes sweet. Any women don't spend your money with this company. I would never purchase anything from and Gervais dealership and I dont recommend it.

I dropped my car off at 8:30 AM for my appointment. All I needed done on my MKZ was a recall, and a trim piece installed. I called at 1 to ask if it was done. I was told it was coming out of wash and it’s almost done. By 2:30 I didn’t hear anything so I figured it had to be almost done. I got there at 3 and saw my car had just started to be worked on. I waited there till 5 to get my car back. They did a terrible job installing the trim piece. The piece is sticking out and I can press down on it and it makes a sound, It is not properly installed. The weather stripping also looks like it wasn't sealed right around the new trim piece. The other side of my car is completely flush. There are also scratches on the trim next to where they installed it and there is a bad scratch on the wood trim in my car that wasn’t there before I dropped it off. The wood trim piece is in the same spot they worked on. I am extremely disappointed. They charged me $180 to scratch up my car and not install it properly. This is the second bad experience I’ve had at Gervais Lincoln and I will never go back or tell anyone to go there. At this point, I don’t even trust them to make it right to me because it’s been my second bad experience. They are 100% a sketchy dealership. I am planning on reaching out to corporate to tell them my experience. I hope this helps the next person so they don’t have the same experience as me.
